Worst experience ever. My husband ate half of his quarter pounder then I noticed the red inside not pink but RED as in RAW. I went to go check my son’s burger and the same RAW. I sware if my husband gets food poisoning I’m reporting to health department because they told me they been having issues with there grill. What’s makes it worse the 2 lady managers and employees where laughing about the situation. I only got an apology from the male manager and a refund. Which I appreciate him. But the older lady manager and other younger one I have no respect for. I will never be going here again Ever. I am contacting corporate.

Depending on situation and time of day, it can get busy but still get my food accurate most of time. Thanks to app very helpful to pay ahead of time and easy to pick up at drive thru. Also love the kiosk, much better when you want customize orders to avoid wrong orders.

I’m writing this mostly because this location 1 out of probably every 5 times I have gone gets the order wrong in some way and it is very frustrating. I have let them know over the phone via customer service that they are missing parts of my order (usually just 1-2 items) and the only thing that ever is done is that you can drive back to the store to go get it, they have never offered a refund for said item. Usually by the time I notice, I’m already far away from the restaurant and I do not want to drive back. If it was just one time, it wouldn’t be such a big deal but it’s been multiple times that I have ordered from this location. I don’t go to McDonald’s that often in the first place so to have it happen so many times, it’s very annoying.

Fast service, but they gave me whatever sauce and didn’t even give me the chance to choose: I was so tired though that I didn’t bother with it and just wanted to eat. The employees were really nice though and it was quite busy for 9:30 pm so I understand things can get hectic. Food was good and the fries were cooked and salted well.

Sometimes, the food is made sloppily or barely warm. Most of the time, the lobby is dirty and unwelcoming. Most of the time, the food is incorrect, or I receive the incorrect items.

Why do they send us to the curbside when we go to the drive thru? So they’re stats are low? No! They always make us wait so long whenever they do that! I go to the drive thru for a reason! Way too slow of a service!

Went through the drive through and ordered a 1 double quarter pounder. When I got to the window and paid, I was instructed to go to a parking stall and they would bring it out. Over 5 min later an employee comes up with a tray of food but doesn’t have mine. He then comes back 3 or 4 minutes later and informs me that they are currently preparing the order. In the mean time I have watched other customers pull, get there food and leave and I am still waiting… for a 1 double quarter pounder. This very poor service. Finally got my burger. 16 minutes after I was directed to the parking stall.

Went to drive thru at 11-11:10 is and man the boy and the girl doing the drive thru are absolute trash and mess things up on purpose and wont even bother to help you . They both seemed super fed up and super ignorant i just canceled my order and left . I guess this place does not have a shift manager and just kids running the show smh
