Foods great for what it is, like you know you’re buying McDonald’s lol. I feel like I get treated well mostly thru the drive thru, inside the restaurant they prioritize DoorDash so much that they don’t even have people at the counters anymore. I’ve waited several minutes before to pay with cash or get my drink before the food. The drive thru is fast and attentive though. I don’t know anywhere else that can get me a big ice cold Dr Pepper for as cheap!

The wait is ridiculous in this place. I ordered 2 Mcflurries and it took almost 20 minutes to receive them. Not only that but when I ordered on the screen it didn’t give me a receipt. This place is horrible and always busy for no reason. I do not recommend this McDonald you’re better off eating somewhere else.

Drive thru is ridiculous. Instead of having food ready at the window, they send everyone to wait at the reserved curbside parking. Then all the curbside parking is taken up so people are blocked in, trying to leave, and can’t even park. Then you have all the suspense watching some poor kid coming out asking EVERY car which order is theirs.

Went today to go try out the new big Mac value meal that’s been promoting all over television
I specifically asked the attendant in the drive-through if the promotion was still going on, they stated yes. When I was time to pay, I was being charged full price. I asked the young lady and she said that promotion ended a few days ago.. I asked to speak to her manager. Talked to the manager Frank. He seemed very flustered, Which I can understand because it was busy, but I asked him specifically when did the promotion end and he told me again it ended a few days ago. I specifically asked him. Why does his staff not know that I specifically asked in the drive-through if that promotion was still ongoing? He pretty much said I apologize and proceeded to charge me a full price, I asked who’s his boss was and that’s when he was just very rude and said if I wanted to pay for the big Mac meals and dismissed me. It was just so rude so dismissive. I just don’t understand how certain people are managers and they just don’t have the customer service and I can’t understand why it’s being promoted and it’s not being honored. I just went onto the website and their advertising the eight dollar big Mac deal. I ended up paying full price, but just very disappointed in the customer service, especially by management

Standard experience at this McDonald’s in Merced. A bit far from the freeway, and the surrounding side streets have a lot of potholes for some reason. Decent sized parking lot. Need code to use bathrooms, as it seems like there may be some unwelcomed guests using the restrooms.

Did not give me my game prices… when called to ask about it they hung up on me … nor did they give me my receipt on my mobile order …. I had a big mac and 2 large drinks didnt receive any game prices called today at 311 pm oct/27 employee hungry up on me after I asked them where could I find the order # or receipt # on my email since I didnt get game prices on my order

Everyone looks half dead like it would kill them to smile. They send more people to wait when going through the drive through than having their food ready. Like people have all day. On top of that they never know which stalls are occupied by other vehicles.

Worse customer service waited more than 20 minutes for a curbside pick up I called the franchise who ever answered said they were coming right out. Took them another 10 minutes and the girl that came out had an attitude NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!! we need new staff
