Two customers came in to return their food or tell them something was missing while I was waiting for my mobile order. I waited more than 10 minutes. Large fries were more than half empty. Around the amount you would get with a small fry and were cold. Big Mac tasted good but was sloppy, with buns sliding off. Very disappointing. Customers were upset because the employees were rude to them.

This was my go-to McDonald’s since I’m not too far away, but it seems this restaurant has been going downhill for some time now. I’ve waited for breakfast in the drive thru for so long before (over 20 minutes) I just walked inside and canceled my order. The staff forgets items all too often and maybe don’t realize that to turn around and go back can be a hassle most times. And I do know I should always check my bag before leaving, but growing up I’ve never really had an issue, so I’m just used to driving home and enjoying my food. Also, I have noticed lately that my large fries that I pay $4.50 for now are hardly that. It’s the large size cardboard with the big M on the front, but my fries barely peek out as if it’s almost a one size scoop regardless size. I remember the good old days when your fries were packed all the way to the top that they were spilling out into your bag, those days are gone wether by design or lack of customer service by the new generation of employees.

If i could give a zero i would. I ordered some food and it was messy and poorly put together. The fries were cold and worst of all there was hair and dirt in my ice cream. I ordered a cone and when i got it it was melted and had black spots around it and when i licked it i saw a piece of hair in the ice cream. When i brought this up to them they just took it back and didnt even get me a new one. (Not like i would’ve wanted one of them considering what was in them) never coming back

Just went into this location to order lunch at 1:15 pm on March 17th. I bypassed the self checkout because I value human interaction. I walked up to the counter and before I could even speak I was greated with poor attitude from a cashier named Ebony. I dismissed it initially because I was hungry but as I ordered a 2a combo. Ebony continued to show attitude in her demeanor and body language. When she repeated the order she emphasized “just the sandwich” and I asked if the 2a was a combo or the sandwich only. She rolled her eyes and did not answer my question only repeated “just the sandwich?” I stayed I wanted a combo. She rolled her eyes again and asked “what size?” while she shifted her weight to the other side. I was so put off by her attitude that I said “nevermind”, walked out and went across the street to A&W / KFC.
