Door states they are open at 6am but 2 main entrances still locked at 6:05. I found the side door by the drive through open and let in the other waiting customers. However, more customers accumulated at the main entrance and weren’t let in/doors unlocked at 6:18 am. Staff rude but it is fast food, so ♀️. Bathroom appeared clean but smelt like butt. I gave them an extra star because the coffee was hot and fresh.

Rude staff!!! I had a in-car pickup order for me and my kid. I was waiting outside in the car in their required parking place. A lady brought out the food, packed in a paper bag and placed in a plate. I took the food and said Thank You. She rolled her eyes and directly turned her back to me and started to talk to the store. I saw the ketchup on the plate and said “Hi!” “ Hello?” “May I have some sauces?” for at least 3 times during her walk back to the store, each time louder and louder in order to let her hear me. No respond! I am quite sure he was not wearing any headsets and she was just a few steps away. She chose to ignore me and gave me that attitude. She was either very rude or raciest ( I am Asian). Please the manager do something to improve the service quality!

Make sure you have received the whole order before leave!!!!!!! I went to McDonald’s on Santa Rita about one and half hour ago but they only gave me part of my orders! I ordered 2 Large coke, only got 1. The lady who gave me my order told me I only ordered one coke which is not true! Glad that I have asked their staff who’s working at counter for another cup( he helped me to print out my receipt since the kiosks were out of paper rolls). But when I arrived home I find that, I Ordered 2 Large French fries, only received 1. I ordered 1 Mcchicken but they didn’t even give it to me!!!!

The fillet of fish sandwiches barely had tartar sauce and when we asked for a little more sauce they were gonna charge us more money the drink was filled with ice and barely any Sprite . Overall it’s not worth the money. McDonald’s is overrated and fake food.

Ok don’t get me wrong the staff and food are so good, but it’s just that a lot of times they forgot half the sauce i ordered with it so i have to come back again to get it, and if you are picking up and one of the numbered parking spots, it takes over 20 mins which is a lot. Well waited here for an hour. Asked about our order. He tells me he already made the order. I told him no one brought our meal to the table. They had to re make. They also wanted to give me an old frappe. Better to go through drive thru or mobile app, those are prioritized.
