Ordered 2 Mc doubles with only cheese and ketchup at drive through and they put pickles on them. Drove back to get them done right and as I’m waiting I see how they blew it. Young staff take too much time talking and not paying attention to their jobs. Saw when my burgers were placed in bag and young buck placed the bag in a bin and continued chatting with his female co worker. Wonder, where’s the manager?

I decided to give the local McDonald’s on South Main another chance because I heard the the owner of all the Monterey County McDonald’s offers free beverages at the local Corral de Tierra Country Club. They messed my order up again. The service was not only ghetto, but I paid for some “Like a Mac” modifications and DID NOT RECEIVE THEM.

Went to go buy a burger. There was no one at the drive-through so I waited at the speaker for like 2 1/2 minutes. No one said anything while I was waiting and I was trying to talk to the speaker so I drove through and Sure enough there was people getting food at the window and I told them why is it that I waited so long and no one responded to me or said anything even please wait or something so I told one of the employees at the window that I’m leaving because no one was providing the service and she said nothing. She just laughed at me. So that upset me so bad that I wanted to punch her in the face but I like my freedom so I didn’t.

They always give us 1/2 the amount of fries per package and 9/10 they are just cold and old. The store gets dirty fast. Sometimes the managers seem a little lost in space. And if u walk in forget it. U will stand in line forever.

Wait times are ridiculous. You order your food, then you’re told to leave and wait in the parking lot. After 10mins or so, they walk out with the wrong order. Place needs new management.

IT IS HORRIBLE. The customer service is unrealistically horrible was standing on the line to be attend to order and was waiting there for about 5 mintues . And every single employee would just be talking with each other and just pass by the counter and not acknowledge the customers. I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO RHE MANGER.and fire all of those employees and get better ones because all they do is look at the clock and keep talking with eachother and ignore the customers.

So we went yesterday afternoon and the management of the staff was really bad. We went through the drive thru @4:12 pm ordered, and then were told to pull over and wait. 20 min later, went i side and the order was sitting on the counter and staff had to be reminded of it. Got an extra fry, one cold and one hot. I suggest this manager get some more training and knowledge.
