This is my go to McDonald’s in my hood, it is literally down the block. The staff is always alert and ready and as soon as I walk it clearly seems like they are interested in what I want. Big ups to da homegirls from da hood.

This McDonald’s on E. Alisal St. in Salinas is always packed, but not with customers actually eating. There are always the same groups of people taking up 2–3 tables for hours, just chatting, drinking coffee, and doing crossword puzzles. It’s been like this for years, and management never does anything about it. Regular customers can’t find a place to sit and eat. It’s frustrating because it makes the restaurant feel more like a hangout spot only for these people than a place to dine for actual custumers.

It’s close so it’s convenient, but the service isn’t great, they’re too slow. I get they’re off a freeway exit but then they should hire more efficient staff. I don’t go there too often but they’re literally 2 minutes away, and since I only eat at that location 4 times a year, I bare the awful experience and have no expectations what so ever. Update: My hubby got off late and was hungry so he decided to stop there and I wanted a filet O fish and I came home to a fish sandwich that was splattered with Mayonnaise and relish permeating from the side of the sandwich. I used fries and napkins to try and take the first bites but seriously it was disgusting I’m not kidding when I said I threw up after taking the first bites & then immediately tossed in the trash, I’m SO done!

Customer service is not the greatest here… the staff never greets there customers… when ordering in the app they just give you the food and close their window.. they dont bother saying hi or asking if anything else is needed

The only problem that McDonald’s ever have is these homeless people and the manager doesn’t want to do anything about the situation they stand by drive through the stand outside or the inside of the restaurant asking customers for money or they’re staying outside when you got your vehicle they ask you for money or they’re taking in trash can or by the drive through ask for money

This is a very clean restaurant, and the staff generally provide good service. However, I was disappointed when the manager, Leticia, threw my change at me instead of handing it to me. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but the gesture came off as rude. Other than that, the food and overall experience were okay.

The staff are not only inconsiderate but rude. I had ordered on the app and chose table service. Was with my son and working taking phone calls from work. (Which is why I chose table service because I was going to be on the phone and didnt want to miss my number). However as I waited for a while the gentleman had asked if my name was and I told him and he stated they have been calling me. Which shiuldnt be the case since I cleary asked for table. As I went I had clarified and told the lady its for dine in and had my table number. She didint even aknowledge me. She just put a tray and walked away. I was so upset. I didnt expect a dramatic apology but at least aknowdledge your error and quick apology but no she then proceeded to avoid me.
