I placed my order inside without a problem. I received my food hot, which is always a plus. My 3 year old was wanting an ice cream cone, which is rare to get because the machines are always out of service at McDonald’s near and in my home town. Well I placed his order and I loved the way a female worker came out and handed it to him. I love when workers acknowledge the children.

This location used to be very friendly. Lately they are rude. Have absolutely no customer service. I was told by a manager that one customer doesn’t make a difference to their bottom line. I was told their new policy is to go by weight. The box is half empty. I don’t understand how this is acceptable.

All was as expected except, there is no indoor human counter attendant. That sucked! You either wait in a long drive through or, have to utilize automation inside to order. I feel like there should be at least one person attending to customer needs assigned to the counter. It was a bit chaotic because there wasn’t.

This McDonald’s in Fresno only accepts cash or card never at the same time. System is randomly down for either one. Orders wrong half the time. Only thing they got going for them is they are one of the cheaper locations in Fresno. Lacking in every other way. You can eat at a full service rest for the prices they charge so they can’t really afford to be lacking in speed or service like they currently are

This location has a real problem with delivering curbside orders placed through the mobile app. Today I waited 38 minutes while three separate people “checked” on my order. I finally gave up in frustration after waiting 15 minutes after the last person assured me my order would be out in a couple of minutes. This is not the first time that my Mobile App order has been lost by this location, but I’ve never had to wait this long before. This is the last time.

They get you orders wrong. Make sure you check your order before you leave. They even argue with you about what your order was supposed to be. The manager even walk off when a colored person gets to the front. Have you wait for longtime.
