The food is good but the fries. What happened to hot fries. The last time I got fries they were like pieces of wood. I just order without fries now. There are homeless people around and it’s a little scary. Better security should be hired to keep customers safe. Our little town don’t have police out and about. They are all watching us on security monitors. Sometimes you need real live cops protecting its citizens. ♀️✌

Today, as I was waiting in line to place my order, there was an irrate customer in front of me. The man was upset because he wasnt reveiving his app rewards. The employee helping him was named Nicholas. I was really impressed with how he handled the situation and took care of the customers needs. He remained calm and professional.

Wow THIS PLACE SUCKS. Manager was super rude they as a whole have zero people skills. If you don’t like talking to people push a mop or pick up trash. They forgot food items/ straw/ napkins and sauces. And give attitude when we asked for them. Sooo If your having a good day avoid this place

I think it’s dumb that you have to wait more than 10 minutes for all the orders when you just order a soda. Not only that but dining in or out is a long wait. Plus most of the time they get my order wrong. I honestly I think they need better management.

I’m sorry, but they rarely ever get an order right. Sometimes they give you something different or a different size and charge you for it making you pay more than what you originally ordered. They say they give you the right thing to your face and insist as much until you unpack your meal to show them something is missing. Most times food is cold, not well made, and/or wrapped poorly.The wait is usually long. There’s much to improve and I hope they do, truly.
