I rarely give a one star review on restaurants unless it’s truly warranted. We ordered two burgers, one order of onion rings, water and soda, and it was $51.53. It is absolutely outrageous. They closed the Fuddruckers and put this place in, which is extremely disappointing. The veggie burger was horrible and I could not eat it. The hamburger was under cooked and had no flavor. I will definitely not be back here. They also charge you 2 to 1 of your Caesar’s rewards to eat here, which means it would be over $100.00 of your rewards credits for 2 burgers, which is absolutely ridiculous.

I asked for a burger with no cheese and was belittled by the cashier. He threw his hands in the air and yelled to the other cashier this is the last one!!! I said well if it’s a problem I can eat somewhere else and was told good bye. Which he repeated loudly three times in my face. I asked for a manager and was told they don’t have one. The chef came out from the kitchen and I explained the situation to him and he shrugged his shoulders. Will never eat at that establishment. Cashier in photo is so disrespectful and rude. Amazed that Bobby Flay would have his name on such a place.

Bobby’s burger is VERY expensive. Ok burgers, but a small basic cheeseburger cost me just under $15. Fountain drinks are $4.99 and a milkshake is $8.99. fries cost $4.99 extra. So, if you want a burger, fries and a drink, it’s gonna be about $28.

My friend and I were excited to try this place and we were rather disappointed. The burger tasted like a regular frozen patty, barely had flavor and was very dry. Couldn’t taste the potato chips and they were soggy. I ate half and threw the rest out because I couldn’t eat it anymore. The onion rings were better than the burger but still not great and I only ate two of those. Spending $22 on a burger and onion rings was not worth it at all.

Can’t tell you what the food is like? Menu options look delicious. After we took our time and looked over the menu, we made choices and were ready to order. In the middle of placing our order, one employee rudely interrupted and instructed the person who was taking our order, not to take our order. Reason being, the cook said he was overwhelmed and wouldn’t take more orders. Really? In the middle of taking our order? They are new and have a lot to learn. We definitely won’t be back. In hospitality. Won’t recommend the place either!

I rarely write reviews but this place was truly awful. I would never return and I would never recommend this place to anyone I actually liked. Not only was the food $46 for 2 burgers, an order of sweet potato fries and onion rings. We did not even get any drinks and with tip this was a $50 meal for 2. After getting the food we were so underwhelmed with the lack of flavor and how little food there was considering the price. We finished our food leaving dissatisfied and knew that we were never going to eat here again. I’m writing this review the morning after our meal and both my partner and I have had to fight for our lives in the bathroom so we’re pretty sure we have food poisoning from this restaurant. It’s a shame this restaurant is claimed to be by Bobby Flay.

Huge disappointment! I can make a better burger at home, and im no gourmet chef! The pricing was outrageous $23 on a dry burger that was frozen, no seasoning and chips on top were flavorless and had no crunch. Sweet potatoe fries were again something I can buy at my local grocery store. Not to mention the food was served by a team of the most miserable staff I have seen, not one smile!! Bobby Flay, I would like my $23 back. What a waste, couldn’t even finish it.
