I always order my iced coffee with four pumps of hazel nut syrup coming from a coffee drinker, we know even by looking at our cup that our coffee is made right! So I took one sip and it tasted awful to much sugar, so I went for second time and asked them to make it again & one of the workers said “it was me” with an attitude so unprofessional! And rude! And she did it again tasted so sweet! I called management after that incident and didn’t go back! It’s shocking to me because they always make my iced coffee perfect. But after today such a horrible experience.
