I mean. It’s a McDonald’s I don’t expect greatness from it. The people are nice, good people. The food. Awful. But it’s not their fault that McDonald’s burger patties are as thin as paper. Which is ridiculous. I’ve never seen a patty so thin before.

Food was as expected. Only reason I gave 4 stars for service was because they took awhile and seemed a bit confused with their orders. We had a drive through order and they had us wait out front for awhile. I think it was closer to 20 minutes. But in their defense we did have quite a few quarter pounders.

I could care less about Grimaces birthday…… I would like you to care more and ensure that all my food is in the bag before you hand me my order….. you missed about $17 worth of paid food and you say oh we forgot a bag come back and get it…. Why would I drive all the way back….get it together… I’m disappointed with this store they have the worst customer service ever and the guy there keeps touching his nose and the food and the manager is worse she touched her hair about 12 times and never washed her hands she is touching food wrappers drinks equipment basically everywhere, what if she had lice?

Some staff are more respectful then others but I thank the guy taking my order for reminding me to use my points for a free item. McDonald’s soda selection aint large but that is part of McDonald’s theme and the back area where the play place is where i ate but their was no music playing in there for some reason.

Maybe it’s because I’m older but McDonald’s no longer has the same taste as it did 25 years ago. The fries aren’t the best, the nuggets are bland, and the burgers taste meh. But for the buck, it’ll get you what you want.

My boys wanted McD’s, so I got them some. We don’t eat fast food all that often; maybe twice a month if at all. However, mobile ordering seems to take longer than the drive-through. I ended up having to call the store to see where my order was after 10 minutes of waiting. The man who answered the phone refused to repeat himself when I asked for him to repeat what he said, and we went in circles until I asked to speak to a manager. *facepalm* He is the manager and yet refuses to repeat himself. I’m not sure if it’s this location or the mobile app at this point, but I don’t think we will be back. I’d rather spend my hard-earned money elsewhere at this point.
