So admittedly, I hadn’t eaten from Burger King in a very long time. Until today. I had been wanting to try the impossible Whopper for a while. Since BK started selling it honestly! So, I decided to go for it today. And I was pleasantly surprised! Yeah, it’s Burger King and it’s fast food, but it was pretty good! By the way, I ordered through GrubHub and got it delivered. Even with the delivery time and all, the food arrived fairly warm, the order was accurate, even the fries tasted good! That’s an achievement in my book. Especially for food delivery. I was pleasantly surprised with this, and I would probably order again. The impossible Whopper was huge by the way!

1 star for RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL staff/management! I attempted to pick up a DoorDash order from this location on 2/3/26 around 7:45pm, only to find the lobby doors were locked. I then went around the drive-thru lane as I could see people were inside of the store… as I pull up, a woman comes over the speaker and says “we’re closed”. My reply back was, “Umm… I’m with DoorDash to pick up a customers food order”. Once again this woman said, “sir, we are closed”. When I asked why they are allowing people to order from their store on DoorDash when closed, another woman (who said she was the manager) rudely said back, “That isn’t our issue, we have nothing to do with DoorDash and don’t control what people are allowed to order”. Huh?! As a long time Dasher, this is absolutely incorrect! As I told this so-called manager, all you have to do is log into the DD Merchant app and turn off ordering, which pauses all orders until whatever time the business specifies. She ignored me and simply said “goodbye”. Not only will I never again pick up an order from this location, but I will never return as a paying customer, either! To management: if you don’t know how to use a third party app which YOU allow YOUR customers to order from, you shouldn’t be allowed to use said app at all! If something happens to cause your business to shut down early, you need to be responsible for ensuring people can’t order food from you that they will never receive! I reported this store to DoorDash — as this incident could have impacted my job negatively if the customer had reported me for not delivering their food which they already paid for. Y’all need to do better and also learn basic manners, too…

Pull the Cameras and listen and watch the lady who rang me up on Sat. 12/13 around 4pm. She doesn’t realize I had a death in the family and dealing with grief. She kept asking if I was OK. I told her I was ok. She told a coworker in the back ground that I was rude. She also told me that I could take my business else where. I waited to place my order of a cheeseburger with just ketchup for my daughter to eat. I don’t know why she was this way to me. I have to say this is rude action to a paying customer.
Please have a conversation with the employee that the way she treated me is not right. I was patient with the fact she was taking her time to take out order and her being very mean acting to me.

This used to be my favorite location last year! This year I love the one on Marine! I ordered two small whopper meals no cheese on both. No mayo on one. No tomatoes on the other. 5:12 pm get my order only to see my burger patties were under cooked. Went in to replace a meal with well done pattie. Get my burger only to see they doubled up on the mayo. The burger it self was steaming hot. Couldn’t get over the fact that half the burger is mayo! Now I’m like do I go back in for the third time or just move along… Otw home to cook my own burger. Picutures included!
