Apparently they don’t take cash anymore, back in 2010 I used to come here all of the time when they treated us like people, apparently not anymore. Since all of the employees ignored me, I had to use this impossible to understand tablet thing. I don’t know why the burrito costs so much nowadays. $20 later and I got no burrito. Left because I knew they wouldn’t understand me and it would take them half an hour to make it again. Worst experience ever. Instructions unclear.

Well it’s Taco Bell, but the one star is literally because there is NO SERVICE, you have to use an automated tablet and now YOU are the cashier, and NO ONE CAN ANSWER THE SIMPLEST OF QUESTIONS. Sad times.
Update: food order was wrong, food was terrible, had to go back due to soda machine poured a cup of syrup, was told they’ll look into it later. Horrid food, horrid service. I do not recommend.

Question: How can you give a pregnant woman who is as sweet as sunshine nacho cheese sause but forget to give her, the nacho fries.
Oh man, if you have been pregnant or been around a pregnant woman while they have a craving it is the sweetest and scariest thing. My daughter got home took out her items and realized they forgot her fries OMG the tears. I went back and explained with a smile AND some RUDE person said because my daughter wasn’t given her receipt – they can’t fix it. I was even being nice to them, and she was Rude. Oh the anger!!!
Seriously, my daughter is as sweet as a beautiful spring morning and they made her cry. I won’t go there no more. Absolutely NOT!

No fan of kiosks. Hard to rate service when the only time they have to interact is to yell out an order number. If they gladly took the order as it used to be they would get a good rating.

Stood at the counter for 10 mins waiting for someone to take my cash. Dining room was dirty. The use an app menu sucks. Totally disappointed in the service. I would rate it less then a star if that was possible!

Seems like every time I get a burrito Supreme it has a different weight. Late at night they get really light but sometimes they are lightweight during the day but I really like it when it is fat which I consider to be normal and how they used to always be. I mean I realize the economy is bad but for $5 at taco bell I am disappointed when there is more tortilla than filling. Makes me go to the local Mexican place up the street. You should see the burrito I get from there for $5. Do better.

It’s toco bell not much to say if you go in side you will half to order from the computer on the counter I always go through the drive through and I can say there friendly always get my older correct depends on who is working some times they are skimp on stuff but I’d say my experience has been good

Classic original Taco with a packet of the fire sauce is still the best. The self checkout kiosk is not as bad as McDonald’s but still could be improved.

Was just in was informed no beef and they would replace with steak instead they gave me only tacos without meat. Manager made the food and did not inform us. It’s 10:30 at night and we live 30 mins away. Manager was not helpful will never go back

Place smelt horrible, all the booths were dirty, trash everywhere, we were the only customers in there, a lady behind the counter I can only assume was the shift manager was yelling and swearing at her employees the whole time we were there. Very unpleasant experience. Someone really needs to do something about that place.
