They have messed up my order multiple times. This recent visit I asked for a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle please remove the egg. She repeated no egg I said correct. Pulled up to get my food when I pulled out the place I noticed they gave me buns with bacon and cheese. Went back in and told the young guy at the window they messed up my order to which he replied ok what do you want. I said a McGriddle no egg then left 1 minute goes by and comes to ask me if I want bacon I said no bacon no egg. He then leaves again and hands me the food. I drive off and noticed they added bacon to it again. At this point I felt like they were doing it to be mess with me. I didn’t eat it or went back since I was about to be late for work.

This McDonald’s is just as bad as the Saibers one. The manager was clearly more concerned about drive-thru times than taking care of customers inside the store. Customer service was poor, which is frustrating considering how expensive the food has become. Paying premium prices for fast food but getting little to no service is a bad look. And ordering from a kiosk is a joke!

Last time I came last week, they told me to wait for my food in a parking spot for my food and legit never came out so I had to go in and turned out they gave my order to a completely different person. I was waiting for about 45 minutes total which is crazy for a drive thru trip. Today I ordered a drink and instead of telling me they didn’t have the drink, they tried giving me a diet soda instead. I don’t like diet soda so I just asked for a different one, but they were still giving me the wrong sodas and wrong sizes. To top it off they didn’t give me any sauce at all which sucks. The team really needs to communicate with each other and also communicate with customers.

Horrible experience, asked the manager for assistance in walk up order. Rudely said “use the kiosk” when I explained to her that it was a special order for my grandson and then I had a disability if she could just help me at the register she said to still use the kiosk very rudely. I will not be going back to McDonald’s I suggest everybody else not go. They are very rude there was nobody in the place but myself and one other gentleman for walk-up orders and she really sent him to the kiosk also when she’s standing right in front of her ordering system. Very rude McDonald’s is not continued their hospitality. Very disappointed in them.

McDonald’s doesn’t provide Table service they call your name and you have to pick up your order at the counter when they have table service in the app. Why have it if they’re not going to provide the service.

The manager who was working today at 10 pm was very rude and disrespectful towards two individuals who were waiting for their order. Mind you they took 20 minutes to complete my order due to him distracting his coworker talking bad about one of the individuals waiting for his food. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but overall the costumer service at this location is very poorly.

Excellent customer service, to the guy that took are order, also great burger . Ordered some fries on the side then put them in the burger. The strawberry and banana smoothie really good 10/10 would recommend.
