I like that they didn’t burn the sausage like all the McDonald’s in Ann Arbor, which is a lie. The manager will tell you all they’re all like that that’s cause they leave them on the grill too long. I ordered while in line 10 minutes before the closed. Pulled up to the window with 4 minutes to spare and they closed on me. They didn’t even ask me for my order even though I was there before they closed.

I’ve given this location a chance many times over the years but it always disappoints. The staff aren’t particularly friendly, the food is always lukewarm at best and the coke is disgusting. It tastes like their syrup ratios are turned to the absolute minimum, I have a few sips and then toss it. Spend a few extra minutes to drive to one of the other locations.

It’s been a long time since I’ve ordered a soda from this place. The last time the drink had a chemical taste like aspirin. A year later, the same thing. My employee who came with me both times also agrees about the strange taste. I complained he first time, but not the second.

I don’t know what you all got going on down there but the crew thats working today needs to figure it out. It took them 30+ minutes to complete a basic order and yet they still mess it up somehow. For the 20 minutes that i was physically in the store I had seen 2-3 people complain on how they messed up their order as well. you guys gotta switch something up it’s not working. I came for fast food this ain’t it. Good customer service, kind and understanding employees but this is just crazy.

This specific McDonalds would’ve been a five star, but I seriously had to drop it down to one today. Don’t bother coming here if you’re trying to get Monopoly pieces. For some reason they’ll give you normal containers with no piece while they have them in the back. I’ve stopped in twice today and the first time I assumed I didn’t order the correct items, but the second time I know for a fact that I did and had to confront an employee about not giving me the pieces. They eventually went into the back and swapped the box of my quarter pounder but not my other sandwich……So yea it’s a little sketchy.

It was a great experience this particular McDonald’s got our order 100% correct All the food was cooked great and all tasted well The staff was nice and friendly I really couldn’t complain about this McDonald’s is all I was hoping to get the new Monopoly boards that are supposed to be coming back out but that was informed that they don’t come out for a few more days but that’s okay we still got you know a full thing of good food so we don’t have to cook tonight and all of it tastes great smells great and is great and like I said they didn’t mess the order up at all so that you know warrants five stars for everything and I can’t complain about this at all so this McDonald’s did a great job! ❣️
