My experience at this McDonald’s was unacceptable. Last Friday, I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup. At the speaker, I provided my code and was told to move forward. When I reached the first window, I gave the code again, and the employee insisted several times that there was no order associated with it. I showed her my receipt email and the app, yet she kept repeating that she “didn’t know” and that “there was no order,” without offering any solution.

While I was still trying to explain, she closed the window in my face without a single word. This was extremely disrespectful and completely unprofessional. When she opened the window again, she simply asked if my name was Vanessa, and after I said yes, she waved her hand for me to move forward—no apology, no courtesy, nothing.

At the second window, I finally received my order, but the employee there didn’t even greet me. On top of that, I had ordered medium fries, and once again they were almost empty. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.

I also want to mention that I speak English with an accent, and I genuinely felt that the employee at the first window treated me poorly because of it. No customer should ever be made to feel disrespected for that reason.

Overall, the lack of professionalism and basic human decency at this location was extremely disappointing.

Been to a lot of McDonald’s, and when I say this one has the best service provided by the leadership of the best manager I have seen, no one can top it. First of all, I went on a usual dinner time “rush” at the drive through. For myself, I went inside and used the kiosk. The service provided inside led by the manager “Makai” (hopefully I spelled his name right) was phenomenal. You could hear he was motivating to the workers but led by example by working hard and working fast. Appreciate your generosity Makai! Glad they made the right person manager.

This McDonalds does not honor the reward system. Second time this week. Workers don’t know how to communicate with their customers. Instead of finding a solution with me or even explaining why they weren’t able to take my code. I got the restaurants window slammed twice during the experience. Then was being told to pay full amount with no other context. came at 2:45 pm on sat feb 23. Very unpleasant experience.

Food is the same at all McDonald’s pretty much so did not rank that one.
Service here sucks, they are always having technical issues with something inside.
You wait so long in line, only for them to tell you to wait some more and then when they do attend you, they have a problem with their Card machine and can only take cash, meanwhile you are in line and can’t backup because 2-3 cars are now behind you.
They never post a sign out front and indicating issues so that you can make a decision ahead of time.
It’s my fault for continuing to return to this location it just happens to be the closest one to me so I take the chance every time I go to see what happens.

I hope this location gets it together soon.

i’ve been to this mcdonald’s a plethora of different times, and each time there is always a problem.
i always mobile order since i think it’ll be faster since i’ve waited 45+ minutes sometimes, either in the drive through or dining area.
i once ordered mobile ordered breakfast at 10:15 since breakfast ends at 10:30. and once i got there, my order was not made, and since it was already past breakfast they cancelled my order, which is so ridiculous, with no other plan for reconciliation and it was their fault.
today, i placed a mobile order at 3:05 and go to pick it up at 3:30, again my order was not made and had to wait another 15 minutes. meaning my mobile order took 45 minutes to make.
i’m not the first to write a review on this place’s speed or customer service, but they really need to work on this because it’s such a huge inconvenience for a fast food place to take so long, at this point it’d be faster to eat out at a restaurant.
i also wanted to add, while i was waiting a family was dining in and as they were leaving the son wanted a refill on his soda, to which he was told they don’t do refills ?? idk if that’s something they just make up so it doesn’t add to their traffic time, or if it’s a new mcdonald’s policy, but either way i find that highly ridiculous. especially because this particular family bought their meal and ate it inside.

I honestly wouldn’t go here if I was starving. Terrible service, sat in the drive thru for like 20 mins because I was stuck between two cars. Waiting to get my order taken, after waiting for 10 mins they say we are only taking cash right now. It would have been nice if they acknowledged that from the beginning instead of waiting til they were ready to take the order. Ridiculous.

Man… I hate that this is the closest McDonald’s to us… never fails that there’s something missing from my drive through order or long wait times to get your food. Today was the last straw… 30 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD for indoor dining!!!!! I went up to see if I could see where my food was and it was sitting on a tray at the warming station in kitchen. I then had to wait 5 minutes to ask about it cuz nobody that works there acknowledges the line of customers waiting for their food…. A young male employee finally acknowledged us and after checking said it was our food that had been sitting there for awhile. After one bite of the very hard and cold fries I took it back and asked if we could get fresh fries which he gave us butttttt….. they took our fries that we had already taken a bite of (cuz that’s how we knew it was cold) and they dropped it back into the oil …
I don’t even blame the employees here. After reading all of the negative reviews that tells me this is purely an owner/mgmnt issue. This is by far the worst managed McDonald’s we’ve been to. The photos shows timeline of when we finally received our food. Ordered 12:12pm and received 12:40pm.

Don’t come here!

Store has trash on the floor, employees don’t help you order, the kiosks are annoying and not user friendly and when I asked for a large drink instead of the small that is included in the meal deal they said it is policy that it has to be small – even though if you bring in a cup to refill they give you a new one rather than refill your used one. The employee who told me that was not friendly. The drive thru line was 15 or so cars long so we came in but it was no faster. I don’t come to McDonald’s for the quality of their food or the kindness of their employees – I come for a quick grab and go meal. I’ve been here for over 15 mins and still don’t have my food. If you are nearby and considering getting food – I highly suggest you go to In-n-Out…better food, quality people and takes the same amount of time apparently.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t mean just one time, but every time I’ve gone there recently, I encountered extremely slow service in the drive thru. I literally had to wait 30 minutes one night and there weren’t even too many cars in line. It seems they are understaffed and can’t keep up. Simply awful.

Ain’t NOTHIN fast about this food. Wait time rn 30mins in the drive thru, just as bad if not longer inside. Took over 20mins for me to get 2 small fries, and I had to ask about my order for the lady to put it together, if I didn’t mention it who knows how long it would’ve taken. Management needs to get their crap together and staff more people
