So this was my order a couple of weeks ago. Barely ANYTHING in here. This was without taking a single bite. That was the mostly the first problem I really had there so I let it go because mistakes happen and I do love the food. Just today, I ordered the 81g protein meal with DOUBLE meat(steak) with veggies, lettuce, hot salsa, rice, cheese, and beans. I got ZERO meat which I don’t know how you mess that up, and no salsa. The portion wasn’t as bad as the picture but could’ve been better. Two times in a row makes me question even coming back or ordering on the app at least.

Went here for the first time with my grandparents. We each got a chicken bowl with toppings of our choice and it wasnt to bad. It wasnt the best just wishing there was more variety of toppings. Will say chips. Salsa. And queso is good if you just want chips and dip. Another issue was the lobby here was so dirty, not a single table was cleaned in the dining area. Food was all over the floor in the dining room and trash was over flowing to the point it was on the ground, a lot of people were getting take out and we understood why. This place is okay but something to be in the mood for. I didnt think to take pictures of the lobby for an accurate review at the time.

So, this would be the 2nd time I’ve ever tried the food here. I want to love it but just like it for now. I got the rice, black beans, chicken, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. Felt a little sticky so not sure if thats normal, could’ve been because it was take-out too but the taste wasn’t bad. I’ll try it again and update my review later.

I’m trying to be nice with this and not let emotions play too much into this review, but there’s some things that I have CONSISTENTLY noticed going in here many times (and partially why I do not go more often).
The food here can be good, if it doesn’t appear hastily thrown together. The thing is this place is very inconsistent, sometimes you’ll get a burrito with a lot of meat or a bag of chips that’s a good level of full, and the next time it won’t be even close, but I digress.
The real issue here is the service (or lack thereof). I’m not even going to complain that everyone there looks like they have the customer service attitude / demeanor of a cactus, I ll look past that too (bc that is the case a large part of the time), what drives me C R A Z Y , through the roof is when you do an online order, they no longer set it on the shelf out front, they keep it behind the register. Which I get it, maybe they had people’s orders getting stolen or whatever, but you know what you do then? Have someone from the back or walking around that’s working SPECIFICALLY look out for customers coming in. Bc what happens (and I don’t wanna hear any crap from a manager or w/e saying this hasn’t happened) what happens EVERYTIME is I walk in and stand there for entirely too long, often times staring at my food sitting there behind the register until I can get someone’s attention (which they all either avoid me or are too busy) to get my food. I should just be able to walk in and get it if it’s an online order, I shouldn’t have to stand there for 5 minutes or more until I can flag someone down or get someone’s attention. Why else would I be standing there????? This has happened to me…. I ll say at least 10

First off the staff here very rarely ever great anyone anymore. I understand when you’re busy, it makes it hard to accomplish this but at least try. I worked food service during HS and managed to do so. Second, the portion sizes are absolutely ridiculous! Its like they practically force you to add extra protein to your order. The guy that was fulfilling my order literally tried to put 3 pieces of Carne Asada in my bowel, which caused me to become irritated with them and forced to add extra which costs about as much as a regular bowel.
This is a disgusting business tactic and doubtful we will be coming back here and also the cashier was high and could barely function. Do better Chipotle.

When you’re paying almost $3 for guac with your meal however you order it, you probably actually want the guac. It’s barely there, the one taco has none on it, and it’s grey. Disappointed. The “side” that comes in a cup is the same cost, should be the same amount as you’re putting on the food..

Insanely inconsistent quality. Very occasionally it’s worth the money and good other times they give you little to no food, mess up the order or the ingredients are ill prepared. Just got a burrito with three scoops of red salsa to find out they watered the salsa down so much it had no flavor and was so watery it made the rest of the ingredients unpalatable. Tired of wasting money here, save your money and find a different place to eat.

This Chipotle is conveniently located right off the highway. The service is fast and friendly. The ingredients are always fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. This Chipotle has a nice-sized patio for when the weather is nice. I would highly suggest you stop in here for a bite to eat.
