If you are strolling through for lunch in downtown Orlando this place is for you. Located in the South Tower is this hidden gem. You can get a full Sushi lunch for under 20 bucks. That’s really unheard of down here. I had the Florida roll, Rainbow roll and California rolls with some veggie spring rolls. Staff is super friendly and helpful especially the manager I spoke to.

Great place with friendly customer oriented service. We had an issue with an order (they had to redo our roll) and they immediately offered free soup and salad while my daughter waited. They were clearly very sorry for the mistake.
The food was very good for the price. I was a huge fan of the drunken noodles, but it should be noted that it is not spicy at all.

Every time I come in, the food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service is consistently friendly and fast, even during busy hours. The menu has so many great options, and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. Clean atmosphere, great portions, and always a reliable go-to for a satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

This is a 10/10! I never knew this place was going to be so good. Everything you get tastes amazing and the service is great too. I feel like if this place wasn’t so tucked away in the building and people knew about it, there would be a line out that door. Everything is good. The sushi is probably the best in downtown, the hibachi is amazing, the apps are awesome. I don’t have a single complaint. Y’all got a new regular on your hands.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bento Sushi. After waiting about 20 minutes, I was informed that they couldn’t serve the fried shrimp I originally ordered. This should have been communicated from the beginning, not after making me wait.
On top of that, the customer service was unacceptable. The employee who assisted me had a very rude attitude, seemed annoyed, and wouldn’t even look at me while speaking. I felt disrespected and poorly treated as a customer.
Definitely not the level of service I expected, and unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Very nice atmosphere! You can smell the food from outside. My husband and I had the hibachi bowls with lo mein. His with Shrimp and steak, and mine with chicken and shrimp with miso soup. Nice quick hibachi meal on the go. We will return again

I order from here pretty regularly at work and this store never misses. Fried rice? Slaps everytime. Sushi? One of my favorite things to get. Thai Tea? Gets me through the rest of the day! The staff is always so helpful and nice as well!
