Hi, I don’t mean to complain, but I just went through this location to order food for me and my dad. I ordered a 20 mcnuggets and I know I did because I asked to do it for a meal and the guy repeated that they did not do meals for the 20 piece mcnuggets. I therefore then asked if he could add a large side of fried and he said sure. When they rung me up they did not repeat my order nor give me a receipt. I got home to see I had been missing 10 nuggets which my dad pointed out. It was 7 minutes until they closed before I called but no phone was picked up. I’m not sure how this can be resolved because my dad’s card was charged for the 20 piece which is why this is an issue but we didn’t get our receipt so we can’t even come in tomorrow.

It’s depressing in there. It’s like being in a hospital. It’s cold the food is good but the atmosphere in McDonalds makes you want to ….well you know!!

Multiple items missing. And between the amount of fries and the mess of a burger I probably won’t be coming back to this location. Fries are cold and there’s big Mac sauce over half of the bag. Staff seems to be completely out of it as I was handed the wrong food twice and was ignored at the first window.

Since they rebuilt this McDonalds it has gone down the tubes. Total lack for customer care. Lack of employees. Lack of employees who can do their job and know how to do their jobs. Management is NOT and better. This use to be a busy establishment that ran well. Half the time during normal business hours the dining room is closed. I rarely get my order correct. To even get a straw and napkin I waited 15 min. They want you to use the ordering machines, yet it does not take cash, nor does it have everything on it. Therefore you wait to talk to a human….who ignores you for at least 15-20 min. Then in broken English yells use machine. Even tough you tell them you have cash and cannot…..another 12 min. Before we were helped. No joke thank goodness I was not in a hurry. Too bad my kids really wanted McDonalds. This location needs the district manager and a brand new team to ship it up. I finally left this time, went down the street to the other NICER and STAFFED McDonalds…ordered my food and received it correct all in less than 5 min.

They need to check their cashier’s system. I gave them a code for a specific free item from my rewards account and they told me the code went through for points instead of my free item. I was told to provide the code again which didn’t go through and then got told to refresh the code. I gave them the code again because it wasn’t refreshing we weren’t getting anywhere and I was going to spend the rest of my break waiting to see if a code went through or not when they clearly saw the code was the same so I decided to get a refund for my purchased items. I had 3 staff members trying to help and no one could wrap their head around what was going on or appolized for having me wait so long. Lady just handed me the receipt for my refund and didn’t say anything shut the drive thru window.

Waited 20 minutes today in the drive thru. Possibly the slowest drive thru I know. Got back to work to eat my quarter pounder with cheese and the meat is not cooked. Going back to return it after I throw up. Not feeling well. The meat was cold in the center. It was terrible.
