Many people in our family really enjoy McDonald’s. For the kids, it is always an exciting treat. They love the Happy Meals, the fun toys that come with them, and of course the crispy fries and chicken nuggets. The bright colors and friendly atmosphere make them feel happy and welcome every time we go.
For adults, McDonald’s is also a favorite. The menu has something for everyone, from classic burgers and fresh salads to coffee and desserts. It is convenient, affordable, and consistent—you always know what you’re going to get. After a busy day, grabbing a quick meal at McDonald’s is both satisfying and relaxing.
What makes McDonald’s special is that it brings the whole family together. While kids laugh and enjoy their meals, adults can also take a break and share food they grew up loving. It’s a place where different generations can enjoy the same simple pleasure.

Wow… Incredibly Well Done on remodel!
This location has been Go-2 for over 30 years easy. January 2025 update…lot 2 mention.
Always stayed updated or received new technology. Has the latest eating trends & even trial menu selections from time 2 time. Fortunately the Comfort Food has gotten better & healthier.
Has the new digital kiosks for speedy orders!
Stellar Chicken McNuggets & share the sauces well.
Have picky Quarter Pounder Hamburger order but they got entirely correct. Even the triple crispy fries were up 2 par. Shake was delicious.
Salads and yogurts r excellent snack size & value.
As of January 2025 the current location boasts a super modern design and has both human & digital services. Can order from several kiosks or wait in line traditional style. Speeds things up if 2go order or stay in restaurant.
Drive Thru is much more efficient and system communication is great. Seriously all new tech here.
Huge soda fountain machine with great variety. Extremely open space dining room has lots of seating options for ♿ Handi-Capable folks (am double amputee).
Food was very fresh and could see a very sanitized kitchen & clean minded staff that is very focused & competent. Staff also very kind. As mentioned am double amputee & they discreetly helped. Very grateful. Great folks workN. Been thru a lot of changes but still maintains quality food, swiftness while driving or in line, & has patient customer service from sincere employees.
ADA Compliance is top notch.
Again the refurbishment inside and out makes for new even better McDonald’s experience.
Highly recommend this location especially since it’s franchise.
Large private Parking ️ lot and shared lot as well.
Exterior Landscaping is very well maintained & has great flow & floral/fauna choices.
Extra polished at this location on Tustin Street in City of Orange near CA – 55 & 91 freeways plus FasTrack.
Golden Arches hav went up few levels at this spot! bSafebHappybWell Enjoyl

Usually very nice helpful people but lately help has been bad. I got serviced by Jayden and was very rude and inpatient thru the drive thru, which requires the ability to multi task without loosing patience or character.

I just ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it was hard as a rock. It was the most disgusting thing ever. I don’t know what they are doing. This needs to get fixed. They are super busy so maybe they just are not following protocol but it’s awful

Multiple items missing. And between the amount of fries and the mess of a burger I probably won’t be coming back to this location. Fries are cold and there’s big Mac sauce over half of the bag. Staff seems to be completely out of it as I was handed the wrong food twice and was ignored at the first window.

Waited 20 minutes today in the drive thru. Possibly the slowest drive thru I know. Got back to work to eat my quarter pounder with cheese and the meat is not cooked. Going back to return it after I throw up. Not feeling well. The meat was cold in the center. It was terrible.

The one downside of technology is that if your McDonald’s app is not working properly, they will not honor any of the deals or rewards that you have 🙁 even if they can see your phone is having issues with thr App 🙁

Pretty lousy service and the quality is not like is use to be. Order the grand Big Mac and this is what I got. Very sloppy work and horrible taste. Customers please go somewhere else.
