I stopped by this McDonald’s for a quick cheeseburger run & overall had a solid 4-star experience.
The burgers were fresh off the grill, the buns were soft, warm & nicely toasted with that slight buttery sheen on top. The cheese was melted just right, draping over the patties instead of sitting stiff & cold. I also appreciated the generous amount of diced onions; they added a sharp crunch that balanced the richness of the beef & cheese really well. You could tell everything had just been assembled because the patties were still juicy & the cheese was gooey when I opened them up.
Presentation was simple & classic, as the burgers were wrapped neatly in the familiar yellow paper, no mess, no sloppiness. One burger looked picture-perfect, while the other had the cheese slightly off-center, but nothing major. Flavor-wise, it delivered exactly what you expect from a classic McDonald’s cheeseburger: salty, savory & satisfying without being overly greasy.
The only reason it’s not a full five stars is consistency because one sandwich was assembled a bit better, whereas the other one had cheese distribution that could’ve been more even. Still, for a quick, affordable meal, it absolutely hit the spot!

I have to start by saying that I love McD’s. I have been to many throughout our beautiful country but this place is subpar. There was a man with a dog ordering from the kiosk. His dog peed on the floor. Brought it to the attention of staff at the front and was told they couldn’t do anything. Thinking there was a possible misunderstanding, I rephrased and pointed it out. Still nothing. So yeah, dog peed at the kiosk when you first enter. The place a smell. Air circulation was not good.
Parking in their lot. It’s McDonald’s so the food is pretty stable. The staff delivering food was nice. They were able to clean up a mess in the playplace area.
I witnessed a guy take someone else’s order. Only know this because the true owner asked for their order and the staff swore they put it on the pick up counter.
I hope management makes some changes for better customer experience.

No particular problem with my order, even got hot fries with it, and importantly, the sauces I requested. However, a thing to look out for is the roach family casually strolling around the floor by the benches inside. Besides health risks often associated with them, I imagine some people might get offended dining in their presence as they are almost certainly not paying customers.
Perhaps some roach management strategies might help, including but not limited to cleaning the floor & surfaces more often after the trashy & sloppy people.

This makes it ANOTHER fail for McDonald’s. Total of 5X since ive been going here. I asked for no sausage on my egg mc muffin and what do they do? Yeah the messed up my order. No including my condiments, forgeting items just a total fail. Yet they charging like 5 star dining. Disappointed. Personnel does not pay attention to customer. Drive-thru does not listen to order instructions just bad experience. Save your money go elsewhere.

Came in at 8am no customers were inside. We waited in line to order, we waited 2 min before realizing that no one is going to help and they make you use their kiosk.
What a STUPID system I just wanted to place my order and dine in with my baby. Instead I have to go to your dumb kiosk and try and navigate through your menu just to find the items I want to order, when your staff knows it better than me and can order it in half the time. As we are ordering someone came in and they took his order at the register. FRUSTRATING! When you have a lil one and you have to go through this!
Customer service is dead, not sure why I’m posting this nothing will come of it.

I don’t have a card, so I visited with a friend a little while ago to pay in cash, and they waited at the counter for a whopping 15 minutes, but they didn’t even glance at me. I’ve been fiddling with the phone, chatting, and chatting, but no one even comes to the reception desk. I’ve never seen a place like this before. Coming to the Starbucks across the street, the level difference is so significant.

Since when do they put the brown sugar and apples inside I didn’t know they did that. I thought they gave you those items separate. I’m cutting out sugar and the oatmeal comes with the sugar at the bottom of the cup. They could at least let me know they put the cinnamon and apples inside the cups themselves, besides that the cup is almost at half empty, is it me or are they getting cheap? so saying that I am not gonna eat the oatmeal after all.
