My order was made on the Popeyes website an hour and a half before closing on 10/29/2025. The website isn’t user friendly update is very slow. I ordered all white meat and received all legs thighs and 2 wings this was not my order. I got this chicken and the chicken is black the skin is black underneath the thin batter. Contacted customer support was offered $10 credit on an over $25 order. I requested a full refund as this chicken isn’t eatable unless you eat disgusting looking food. It completely turned my stomach to look at it, someone from customer support escalation is supposed to get back with me but they haven’t in over 16 hours. Silence nothing. See photos below of what was sent for my family to consume, I am sending this information to the food drug administration ,the BBB and my local news station. Showing how Popeyes just want the money customer support doesn’t care. I ordered again from Popeyes but it went to this location instead of 9961 hull street rd chesterfield. Boy was I sorry, was giving that hull street location a chance to see if I would have a better experience. But ended up here at 7302 midlo store boy was I sorry. Never got my $48 order. Based on the reviews of this store they need to close it or sell it to a more competent owner. After reading all of the fake apologies and trash about talking to the staff, this owner should be tired of apologizing. Its all about the money not even a slight care about customer service product quality it seems this owner just hire anybody. I didn’t want to order from this location but it was too late to cancel once I realized it. This location has been reported to BBB for selling black skinned chicken from my original review a month ago. You as the owner need some hands on in this store and if you are hands on its a horrible job.

I’ve order from this place exactly 3x’s. Dec, Feb, Mar (yesterday). Every time they completely ignore my customer order and give me what they want! Completely Ignored!

I reported the last order issue & the company did not care, gave a $5 discount. So this time I blamed myself for trusting this reckless behavior location. I’m posting my receipt history.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. Every location may not be the same, but it’s proven to be at this Midlothian locale. Also, proven that the company does not value their patrons. Eat anywhere else if you have a chicken craving.

This Popeyes location is always busy, but the food is always hot and fresh. The staff are kind and helpful while managing an insane number of guests. I usually don’t eat out for lunch, but if I do I come here. The chicken sandwich is sooo good.

I came in and they all had attitudes. No one spoke nor acknowledged me after standing there for over 5 minutes. The older lady doing drive thru yelled out is that person high? Because the way he is ordering. They couldn’t find door dash orders. No one to run the lobby but 3 ppl running the drive thru. The lobby had 8 ppl waiting and nobody greeted any of them either.

We ordered wings online for pickup at 1 and after getting there to pick up we were told it would be another 20 minutes!!!!! The staff was unapologetic and 5 customers left after standing there waiting to get their food! I reached out to customer support, who forwarded the issue to higher up management. I received no phone call, no email to apologize- NOTHING! What a poor experience and if you are even thinking about going to this location- DONT!!! Drive further to another location, but do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. I have never in all my years of dealing with fast food place have experienced such horrible experience. If the manager and owner don’t care about even addressing issues at their store then they should just shut the restaurant down!!!!!!!

I went so many Popeyes restaurants but this one I wasn’t satisfied at all. I ordered 5 pieces combo and it look 25mins to serve. I felt like chicken wasn’t fresh. I love Popeyes a lot and this location is very close to my home however I don’t think so I’ll be back at this place. Service is very bad, employees need to be trained properly how to deal with customer. Location is very good though. Parking is available all the time.

I normal go to this Popeyes regularly because it’s better then the one i live closer to. But the last 2 times i have been there the employees have been super rude and disrespectful. Instead of trying to help the customer they just ring up what they think u might want because taking time to explain u don’t sell it like that or a different way we could order the items we want. We told them what we wanted the lady on headset had a attitude we get up there the food isn’t correct she then tells us we would have to pay extra for wht we want after already paying for the first meal which was incorrect due to not taking the time to explain to the customer that it couldn’t be rung up like that. so we tell the lady at the window this is not what we want we want… And she’s like oh well it’s gonna be this much so we’re like OK. Well, that means we would only have to give her eight more dollars instead she tries to charge us the whole fee and plus the meal we already paid for that was incorrect. We tell her we don’t want the incorrect meal. We just want the correct meal. She gets smart. She’s like well. You have a drink this and that we’re like OK well you can have a drink back and we can bring it up the right way point of the story is we didn’t get our food. We ended up leaving because the lady was so disrespectful. They definitely need some new employees. The lady was older i believe a manager at that her name tag was CR or something of the sorts . Need to do better

This location was messing up today. They were throwing the food in the bag with missing sides from the order. Drive thru teller looked like it was a problem at first. Good thing she fixed it real quick.I was about to leave without checking. Luckily I did check. Word to the wise check your order. Messed up lid on side order. Fries in bag. This is not cool.

I love this fried chicken
The green beans, coleslaw, cajun rice and Cajun fries, the corn of the cob, the rice and beans, and the biscuits everything is delicious, I couldn’t find the pecan pie today but is my favorite dessert!
Only complaint is that the staff is not always welcoming or friendly, I worked for Popeyes like 6 years ago and I was always friendly, so there’s not excuse to give good customer service…
