There’s a reason why chic filet is doing so well. Customer service. Customer service here is terrible. Cold hash brown, warm breakfast sandwich. One younger guy in the morning doing a wonderful job and had a great attitude was only highlight. This is the second time I’ve given these guys a chance.. McDonalds just isn’t what it used to be.

I ordered a lot of food as a treat for my kids. I got home and the order I had was soeases up. I was missing half of the items and ended up having to cook at home anyway. I called the store and the manager promised I’d get my money back. That was nice.

This place is totally unorganized. The staff lacks customer service skills, likely due to management ineptitude. The kitchen was blaring Rap music and it was obnoxious. I work nights and have picked up food here several times. Service takes a long time overnight and the fries have been cold every time. Bouns points for being open and serving (other locations in the area are *open* but “only for door dash” or for breakfast during dinner hours).

There is no access to anything. You have to walk up to a window if you need something (drinks, sauces) even the bathroom has a lock code on it. So If you have time then it’s okay but if you don’t, I wouldn’t go.

Lol. We never eat at McDonald’s but decided to try the app out to see if it was worth a shot while road tripping. Jokes on us. Noticed our large fry was not so large after driving away. They also forgot the salt, or maybe it was on the other half of the fries… lesson learned. The rest of our order was correct, and food was warm-hence the two stars.

Well I feel for the young lady working at the register by herself. My husband ordered 2 cups of coffee, and we waited 14 minutes until someone asked if we received our coffee. The Uber driver we talked to said this is the worst McDonalds in the area. I am moving to this area. I will give them another try. I really love McDonald’s ❤️.

5 sandwiches, 1 chicken mcnugget, and 3 french fries all piled into one bag, first car in line to a dead drive through and they park us in front of the store only to give us the wrong kinf of sauce we asked for causing us to to inside the store. this drive through is ran horribly and staff is very rude when you question or ask for anything after they try and send you on your way. this store needs some serious improvement in every category

This McDonald’s can get relatively busy. Especially with all the businesses and being on a main road. So I get there is long wait times occasionally. However, when I am patient and conveniently use the app to speed things along – I can’t imagine how they are so frequently getting orders wrong. They are often items missing or the order is completely wrong, like it’s far from what I ordered, even when using the app. That’s is the main issue for the low rating. It happens so frequently that I know they are not doing anything to resolve the issue at this location. Other than that, the staff is often helpful or not rude. Just stressed from what I can tell. The food never tastes bad, it’s always warm.
