On New Year’s Eve, our kids requested Taco Bell, so we placed a mobile order for pickup. Over roughly the last 3-5 visits to this location, our orders have repeatedly been missing items, requiring us to drive back to the store to have them corrected. To try to prevent that from happening again, I chose in-store pickup so I could verify the order before leaving. I checked the bags but did not open the sealed boxes, assuming those would be accurate (they always had been previously). Unfortunately, when I got home, we discovered one of the Chalupas was missing from one of the two supreme boxes.

I decided not to bother calling, and drove back to the store, When I got there, the manager (I assume it was the manager – he had addressed at least one of my previous complaints) insisted he specifically remembered there was only one chalupa on the order, and he had made that himself. I explained there had been a chalupa in each supreme box. I was surprised to be suspected of dishonesty rather than treated as a customer reporting a recurring mistake. It would not be worth another 20-minute round trip to the restaurant to get a chalupa I had not paid for.

The manager looked up the receipt on his system – I assume he found the second chalupa there, but said nothing to me and walked away, and a few minutes later dropped the replacement item on the counter without acknowledging me, confirming it was mine, or offering any courtesy at all. I actually thought it must have been someone else’s order, until he turned back around and raised his eyebrows at me and irritatedly asked if that was all. The lack of an apology was one thing – the absence of basic respect in how the situation was handled left me feeling pretty crappy as I returned to my family who had finished their meals without me.

The ongoing issue is not only that orders are repeatedly incorrect; it’s that the response consistently lacks professionalism, accountability, and customer service. Each return trip means additional time, expense, and a disrupted family meal, while I am treated as if the problem lies with me and as though I am being dishonest—when in reality, I simply want to receive what was paid for so none of my children go without their meal.

Although we had decided not to return to this location, a friend in Taco Bell management encouraged me to share constructive feedback so the pattern could be addressed. My hope in writing this is that it leads to improvement in both order accuracy and how customers are treated when issues arise.

I came on Thursday around 6:20pm and the lady worker was super rude. They had forgotten both of my nacho fry cheeses and my 3 avocado sauces I had paid for. When I went back through the drive through to retrieve my items they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when though I had showed my receipt. The lady then came up to the window asking to see our bag, when we gave it to her she didn’t even take it and then proceeded to tell us the sauces are at the bottom (which they weren’t) when she finally took our receipt she proceeded to hand us only two avocado sauces and basically slammed the window closed and walked away before we could say anything. Horrible service.

Food here is like any other Taco Bell, but I have repeatedly been let down by the customer service here. I could see the guy making my food take out his phone and scroll with his gloved hand while the drive thru was moving along consistently but the customers inside were left waiting 20+ minutes each waiting for him to make our orders. I try to give people who work at fast food places grace, but it’s because of employees like the ones at this Taco Bell that fast food workers get a bad rep.

I ordered a number 6 from here and a Gordita crunch with fiesta potatoes. I got
A chalupa and a soft taco. They forgot everything else. I paid over $30 for this meal! My meal was not worth $30! I’m frustrated and didn’t get a receipt to even go back. Do not recommend!

Check your cheese cups before you leave and make sure they’re full. I paid $.90 for extra cheese and it’s filled less than
halfway.

I had a disappointing experience here today. This location’s lobby is fully automated when ordering food, which I find completely annoying. It’s as if they’re treating the customer like Covid is still a major issue in this country. Plus, the employees were very slow getting my order to me.
This location has really gone down hill.

They had good customer service here. The guy that tended us was very kind. After trying a few things on the value menu, I can say that the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito is the best thing on there.

False advertisement.
Placing an order through the app does not mean they will get your food ready by the time you get there.
They wait until you get there AND check in before they even start!
This might mean you would have to actually wait in line with everyone else.
It’s as if you didn’t take time to place the order online.
You are better off not ordering ahead of time. Save yourself the grief of navigating the app or website and go somewhere that is better managed.

Terrible service. The got my order right tho. I said I wanted mild sauce and she said she couldn’t hear me so I repeated myself and she grabbed hot sauce for me but I wanted MILD sauce and so we sat until she opened the window again and said sorry can we have mild sauce and she said “you said hot sauce” and literally throw them in my hand.
