DIRTY! TRASH EVERYWHERE! No one greeted. Everyone looked miserable. Such a small McDonald’s and wasn’t clean tables or floor. Wiring showing. Missing piece to the ceiling. Food was ok. Will not be back. No one who came in was happy.

The drive through folks (was a man and woman) are amazing. I ordered and left before I got my whole order. My fault (i worked 12 hours!). Went back around and they instantly knew it was me and quickly gave me what I was missing. That is customer service and fast food. Those folks working there deserve raise and praise.

Got asked to pull forward to wait for food. I figured food would be hot, since I was waiting. The food came out warm and greasy. I rarely eat McDonald’s, unless my grandbabies asked to take them to lunch. I will definitely try a different McDonald’s next time, if not choose a different place

Gone are the days of free drink refills, children’s play areas, and in-restaurant games. Now the entire front counter is self-serve kiosks, and the staff seems annoyed if you actually want them to take your order. It’s as if McDonald’s really wants families to eat somewhere else.

A guy was washing the driving down paying no regard to people’s cars. I waved at him to turn it off and he ignored me waving me in. While waiting for my food, he was spraying behind me, towards my freshly detailed car. I asked him again to stop and he just waved at me. Either he doesnt know engrish, or hes just a bad strawberry. When I drove off he flipped me off. That work needs to be done way before hours, or later. And he should be fired!

Food was standard, it’s McDonald’s, staff can’t be bothered to deal, communicate, or help customers. These new kiosk systems will be the downfall of McDonald’s and customer relations. And last but not least… this location doesn’t offer refills to dine in customers and only fills your cup 2/3 of the way. Took my non verbal Autistic Son here for lunch (as McDonald’s is his favorite place), and even he said this place sucks. Just Saying!!!

!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT !!! At 6am this morning I went to this specific location to get some breakfast. I am a pregnant woman with a specific craving and was so excited to get food from here. They have multiple signs all over outside stating they accept EBT. Which I was happy about because that’s the only funds I currently have. After the cashier tried multiple times he stated my card kept declining. Knowing money wasn’t the issue it had to be their system. Very disappointed.

Food was great but service and management of this restaurant is terrible. Trashcans never emptied and they don’t know how to direct their drive thru line. McDonald’s corp should take a look and get back on standard

Not only have they raised prices for their mediocre food, they now no longer provide refills when you dine inside. I wish I would have known that before ordering and finishing my drink. Spending over $40 and they can’t offer the bare minimum.
