Came by at 6:15am on a Saturday morning – all the lights were one, there was a car in the drive thru and another car pulling up. I got in line at the drive thru and the car in front pulled away and kept driving – strange I thought. Turns out they were not open. Even though the menu boards were on, their hours show they should have been open and there were employees in the store – no one talked on the drive thru board and no one came to the window when I pulled up to ask if they were open.

If I could rate this place a Zero, I’d do it in a heartbeat. went there twice yesterday. First time was around 12pm and I ordered using my rewards code. So I went to pay and ended up paying more than what I was supposed to. I was charged for someone else’s meal. Then as I spoke to whomever was in charge, they just gave me a free meal voucher, which brings me there again at 9:40pm. I pulled up to the intercom and nobody greeted me. So I started with the typical shouting of saying “hello!” No answer. So I pulled to the window and standing there was this sorry excuse for a human being just ignoring me shouting and knocking on the window. She didn’t even look at me, ran to the back to hide.

I ordered a curbside pick up order, placed at 8:40, got to this location about 8:50. Checked in on the app and waited for at least 20 minutes before I called and asked for my food. (I would have gone inside but it’s summer and I had my dog with me). The guy brought my food out like 5 minutes later and gave me an extra hash brown for waiting for so long. Still kinda stupid it took so long when the drive thru was going pretty quickly for this location

Blonde hair in foods when a young scrawny light skin manager works. Just trying to help out my community. Once I said hey u know the health department takes this type of stuff serious and now since I couldn’t get a refund ima try and escalate things as far as I possibly could now , she responded with “I’m so scared” I really wasn’t trying to scare no one never my intention but I would want her to learn from this because alot of things can be AVOIDED . But people like herself really need to get a life check and maybe this will be her wake up call .beware . She obviously doesn’t care about the service she provides and mcdonalds has her as a manager…EDIT…. Maurice, hope it’s spelled correctly made that horrible experience better by refunding my cash As well treated me with respect . I thank him for doing his job dillegently and correct. Came here the other night and got the classic big mac pack. I asked for everything to be fresh.The burger pattys were hard and looked old and the nuggets and fries were cold. A bunch of kids working at night who seem like they don’t care or who haven’t been trained for good customer service.

i should’ve paid attention to previous reviews and steered clear of this location but i ended up stopping by to grab something off the dollar menu anyways. the drive thru was slow but it could’ve been much worse. i did notice this was a hang out spot for some of the homeless people in the area as i saw a few walk out while i was in line waiting for my order to come out.

This McDonald’s is nice and clean but is pretty uptight. There is no self serve soda fountain and the bathroom needs to be unlocked by an employee for you to use. Two major downsides: NO changing table in bathroom and whenever you get a drink refill, they give you an entirely new cup instead of taking yours and refilling it.. and they only allow 3 refills. Tf? They’re using plastic cups too. SO FREAKIN WASTEFUL! Just refill using the same cup! Oh and their dark sodas were out of stock. The employee was nice but kept getting my drink wrong. I kept saying orange soda and he kept thinking I meant orange hi-c, which isn’t soda. The 3rd refill I got actually ended up being hi-c but I didn’t wanna waste another cup so I just kept it.
