Definitely one of the more premier league McDonald’s. Super spacious, big indoor playground area, nicely decorated, kept very clean both inside and outside, and most importantly, the bathroom (at least the Women’s- didn’t see men’s) is CLEAN and SPACIOUS with around 5 stalls including a handicap stall. I was super impressed with that bathroom I immediately wanted to take a pic for review but realized that would look creepy w ppl in it. Employees are polite. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Fries were meh, but that’s a gamble you take with every McDonald’s (hoping you get the good fresh fries). Still tasty tho. Ice was kept topped off at soda fountain which is rare in this heat (Usually at least one ice dispenser is empty). I’m definitely gonna keep this McDonald’s in mind the next I’m in this area

Waited 45 minutes..I placed my order at 10:56..it was 11:56 and I never received my food. Manager told me she would reheat my food in the microwave after I demanded my money back. Employees were giving attitude back. Many customers were upset for the same reason the drive-thru was backed up to the street. Manager needs to be disciplined and trained properly. Food was being abandoned as well for the same reason. WORST MCDONALD’S IN CALIFORNIA

It was a very good location very clean , bathroom could be cleaner. Knocked a star off for bathroom, kids area opens up at 10 AM, CLOSES at 7 or 8, again the kid area closes at 7 or 8, and alot of parking , great spot.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for 35 years. My last visit, the fries were absolutely disgusting. It was mix of dried old fries and limp cold. I am 59 years old and I had never had this happen at any McDonalds. The employees at the two windows were not polite or friendly at all and this has been a theme at this location for the past few years. I think this one is going down hill. My Big Mac was cold too. The only pos was the speed. I’d rather have better food than speed. Strike 1 for this location.

If you are in hurry don’t come inside to order. All orders using Kiosk only. No cashier to help. A lot of people are waiting to place the order using Kiosk. 2 of the 6 Kiosk were not working. Even after the order took more than 20 min to get a simple order.

To be honest, it’s been a very long time since I have been to a McDonald’s, but it was my daughter’s school restaurant night there, so we went. Really wanted to support our school & just not make dinner, lol. We had a great time, was pleasantly surprised how technologically advanced it is, we ordered from a kiosk & we just had to wait for our order to be called. Win win in every way, supported my daughter’s school, saw some colleagues/friends, didn’t have to make dinner, and my hamburger was quite good

Went thru the drive thru on June 4th, 2013 at about 3:00pm. The young lady at the drive thru was giving my husband a smart attitude. That was a first for us. Never have I ever given a bad review, but she was rude. Other than her smart mouth, the food was great and fast.

The supervisor Selena is extremely unprofessional. I pulled into the parking lot into parking spot eight and immediately pulled out my app to order. Within 10 seconds of the parking, she comes up to my window and says “ that’s not a parking spot” even after telling her I’m using the app she says “ you’re blocking access to this parking spot”. Mind you this was #8 of the app parking spots and all others were empty. Why offer ordering on the app if you are going to harass customers for trying to use their service. This manager needs to be demoted or written up because that is unacceptable way to treat a customer. I will be speaking to McDonald’s corporate about this.
