The food was hot and arrived quickly. I was impressed with that. The bathrooms are clean, but only had blue hand driers. I prefer towels to blurring other people’s germs around the space. The com was only that they lady at the counter, while trying to appear friendly was actually retreating to wait on me. She seemed impatient at best.

Ordered mobile like I normally do. Hey its McDonald’s…. I never expect great, but this place gave my order to someone else then after I was waiting 20+ minutes for my food they questioned me about my order like I stole my receipt from someone and claimed that it wasn’t my order… I can understand some businesses get fraudulent claims like this, however I was waiting within visual and audio range of the counter and they never called my number… I honestly believe they forgot to make my order in the first place. I doubt they would just give away free food…

Employees are completely out to lunch . you can stand there and wait for somebody but they’ll be three people right in front of you playing on the phone and they won’t even acknowledge that you’re standing there while your food is ready sitting there. Then they will give you the wrong order because when you tell them your number, they’re not listening even though they asked. And they’ll tell you it’s not ready when it’s sitting there the whole time because they never were paying attention to begin with

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through. We were stuck between the car in front of me behind me with no choice but to wait. I asked for one of the items to be free as a courtesy for the long wait and they would not do anything to compensate us. To top it off when we got our food the order was wrong. I will never go back to this McDonald’s again

Was gonna be 1 star because they forgot my nuggets. They bounced right back when I circled back and got the best tasting McNuggets I’ve ever had. Fries and Big Mac were also delicious. I need this kind of service back in San Bernardino.

I frequent this place since it’s close to our place. Some staff are really nice. Just hope they’d serve sundaes and mcflurries soom especially this summer (been coming here for a year now and for some reason it’s always “broken”)
