These prices are absolutely UNJUSTIFIABLE. While other businesses have raised prices just enough to stay profitable, McDonald’s profits have soared into the stratosphere while their main customers, the poor, struggle to make ends meet. Makes me sicker than their barely edible food. NEVER AGAIN!

Wether I order through the app or at the drive through, they always forget things I ordered or give me incorrect items. Constantly forgetting the condiments I requested and giving me incorrect mcflurries. I always order about 6 BBQ cups and the last 3 or 4 times I’ve been here, I got nothing. Kids are rude. Service is ridiculous and they take forever if you’re picking up and parked in one of the numbered spots. You guys have got one job. A simple job and you can’t even get that right. Work ethics don’t seem to anymore let alone good ones.

Hit and miss. Worst service, rude kids and staff…especially after hours and Sundays. The owners need to be on top of their hiring. they need to hire an aggressive manager to put these woke kids in place. No wonder McDonalds is replacing them with robots! Probably would do much better! The worst location in SCV. The kids don’t show up in uniform and talk smack about the customers in front of them. You place an order and they leave out simple things as straw or napkins. When you place a mobile app order, they say you have wrong location…after arguing and asking for a manager, another friend will show up pretending to be the manager or owner. Yelp reviews for this location are on spot. I will never return to this location but drive to another…there are so many in SCV.

If you like eating mystery foods that taste kind of funky for a lot of money I recommend any McDonald’s. This was last chance I give it. Food was absolutely disgusting and on top of it portions are tiny and you pay a lot of $ for it . I figure you can get In n out burger n fries cheaper and it’s real food that actually taste good . And most of the other places like fatburger or the habit it’s the same thing pay same amount or less and get better. Heck the $5 shake at McDonald’s why when you can get a better shake at in and out for half the price

A return to the neifhborhood isn’t a visit until poppong by this McDonald’s. Great staff, and while kiosks llimit interaction these days, staff still friendly and organized.

Typical McDonald’s food, but the help was not helpful. Unpleasant to deal with. It was late, 30 minutes to closing, but a burger and fries shouldn’t be like pulling teeth!
