This is the best ran Mcdonald’s I have ever been to. My children love McDonald’s on the weekends. My order has never been messed up and the food has always been hot. The employees hold themselves to a higher standard. They are friendly and well put together. Keep up the great work!!!!

I’m disgusted, not by the food but by the customer service I received today, I was getting food for someone not even myself and the staff gave me the wrong order, we to take it back just for the girl to tell us that we took the wrong order, no you GAVE me the order. Proceed to give the food to the right person and tells them I took their food? When I confronted her she smirked and laughed. I’m so tired of this place, this place was the main reason why I stoped eating McDonald’s and it’s doesn’t even have to do anything with the food but with the service . I’m so disgusted by the attitude the Male “manager “ had . The red haired girl and some light brown hair girl. They’re the main reason why I’ll always tell ppl not to eat at this establishment .

Every time I come to this McDonald’s I always get my order wrong tonight. I went and got 210 piece chicken nuggets meals, quarter pounder meal and a large fries and spent over $40. I asked the guy in the drive-through if there was barbecue ranch he said yes he lied no ketchup no napkins no barbecue sauce

Their uber service is horrible. They never send straws, napkins, ketchup or any sauces even though we pay for them. Also, they turned off the complaint option on Uber Eats. Slow down so that there is no mistakes. Please fix this.

It sucked I had two orders they gave me my first order said my 2nd order was almost done and to wait. But they erased my 2nd order and I waited forever and when I asked about my 2nd order my 1st order got cold. So I asked for my 1st order to be redone and when they finally gave me both orders they gave me breakfast sandwiches with French fries because they had no more hash browns. Never again will I go in to order and they didn’t even try to make the situation right!!!

I go early to get my family coffee, i do not get anything to eat nor drink for myself. I go early enough so there are very few cars and customers. This place constantly make mistakes, the person that usually gets my order right went to another fast food chain. One time they gave me a bag of full of sugar and the receipt says splenda, my family members are diabetic. They are tight with stirrers, only giving one when i have multiple cups. This time I’m complaining because they gave me the wrong order, it was so dark out that i didn’t realize it until I reached my residence. Your employee wasted my time, but worse, wasted my gas. Gas is so expensive nowadays and these people cant get simple cups of coffee right.

I always go to this mcdonald’s and I’m disappointed for the simplest mistakes. I didn’t receive my fries on the happy meal, there was no buns on my big Mac, and instead of getting my nuggets on buy one get one for 0.29¢ they gave me two double cheeseburger. This could easily be avoid if the guy was doing his job correctly and paying attention.
