We came here for the dinner “rush” and so far the only pizza coming out of the kitchen has been to go orders the staff definitely does not seem to have a rush in getting food out. I stood at the line for 10 minutes and they only put 2 pizzas out both were cheese. You would figure with 5 people working and it being 5pm on a Friday that they would have had at least a few ready to put in. I would give give this place negative stars if I could. You know it’s sad when you ask for the pasta and when it comes out they immediately place it in the warmer and they don’t have any out go figure. This is sad to say may be our last visit here.

We visited Pizza Street today for a family birthday party, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.
We were informed that everyone in our group had to pay, even if they were not eating. My mother-in-law has Alpha-gal syndrome, a serious allergy that makes it unsafe for her to eat out due to cross-contamination risks. We clearly explained this to the staff. The female manager insisted she could eat from the salad bar, even after we explained that it was not safe for her because cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
Despite explaining her medical condition multiple times, they refused to accommodate her or allow her to remain with the party unless she paid. As a result, my mother-in-law was forced to sit outside in the car while the rest of the family attended the birthday gathering. This was incredibly upsetting and unnecessary.
My fiancé, my son, and I were also required to pay, even though we did not eat or drink anything at all. We did not touch the food, did not refill drinks, and kept our glasses exactly as they were given to us.
When we later asked for a refund due to the situation and lack of accommodation, the female manager ran to the back, and a male manager came out with an immediate bad attitude. He was extremely rude and refused to issue a refund despite the circumstances and poor service.
This experience showed a complete lack of compassion, customer service, and understanding of serious food allergies. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to families with dietary restrictions or medical conditions.

I am uncertain as to what has transpired at this establishment, but they consistently fail to provide sufficient food. The service is extremely slow. The sheer volume of patrons who enter and wait for an inordinate amount of time for the staff to replenish the buffet with one or two pizzas, which are promptly taken, is astonishing. There is never a sufficient quantity of pizza available. The scarcity of options is such that if one desires to dine quickly and depart, it is impossible to do so due to the necessity of waiting for a slice of pizza, as the limited quantities are rapidly consumed by other patrons, resulting in an inadequate supply of pizzas on the buffet.

I have been coming to pizza street since I was little. The buffet used to be $5 for years, but now is up to about $10 which really isn’t bad considering the times. A drink is also included. They have a good selection of pizza and take requests. Thay also have a desert pizza bar and ice cream. There’s a salad bar, spaghetti, and Alfredo. When you’re done, they have a nice little arcade for the kids to play in. I took a star off of service because while there today a fella with 2 kids purchased a whole pizza and waited. After it was done they sat down to eat it, but a guy came out and said you can’t eat inside unless you purchase the buffet. This didn’t seem right. They could have potentially spent money at the arcade. They where paying customers.

Located in the Creekwood Commons shopping area next to gordmans at Englewood and North Oak. This is the best pizza you can get on the cheap. They’re Alfredo is amazing and they have specially pizzas like baked potato and cheeseburger. Super cheap buffet prices very clean and lots of room to sit. We get carryout from there it was a little weird because the carry out door was locked in customer service isn’t always up to par but what do you expect? It’s great cheap pizza! They also have a party room and various arcade games available for kids as well as a couple of TVs.

We ordered a small cheese pizza, soda and soft serve ice cream to go. It was like $5, cheap. All standard fare, fine, nothing special though. Clean facility and friendly people; spacious seating area.

I will not be going back. The guy who checked us in was not friendly at all. One of the workers took a dirty towel from us (our son spilled a drink and we cleaned it up) and he put it next to frozen food. Without washing his hands he continued to unload fresh vegetables. There was one older lady who was cleaning and she was nice. The pizza was minimal and not good. The deserts were okay. Overall the building was very dirty. Every table seemed dirty. It was not a good experience.

Went here with my 10 year old son after hitting the Rush Complex next door. Staff was friendly and immediately asked us if we wanted any certain pizzas made. The food was just what I expected.

They love the arcade. I do wish they had a bit more stuff for smaller kids in the arcade but overall it is a great place. I do miss them having chocolate ice cream.
