This is our first time to eat at Five Guys Burgers and Fries and we are not happy. First of all, the man taking our order, Marcelino R, was impolite and was not listening to what we wanted on our burgers because our order came out wrong. My burger did not have mayo on it, and the tomatoes on it were not ripe. My husband’s burger came with tomatoes on it after he specifically ordered it with NO TOMATOES. The order total was $32.35 which is outrageous considering that my burger was small, and my husband did not order fries or a drink. I will not be coming back. These hamburger patties are way to small to be charging that much money for them.

On November 1, 2025, I was at this Five Guys Shepherd around 7:00 pm and I was delighted with my meal. I ordered my food without bread, and they recommended a lettuce wrap. I appreciate the recommendation because it was very good; the meat was juicy and hot, and the vegetables were fresh. I will definitely order again. The service was efficient and fast, even though there were a lot of orders. The three guys and one girl were focused on providing good service. The restaurant was clean and busy.

Plenty of parking early afternoon. Everyone greeted me upon arrival. The music wasn’t too loud. The restroom and dining room are very clean. Everyone was professional and sanitary:, wearing a mask, washing the hand, sweeping, etc.
I ordered a fresh banana and strawberry shake. It is extremely good, and enough for two people to enjoy!
This is one of the better locations if not the best. I would definitely come back if time would have it. Enjoy!

It is true! Five guys has the best tasting fries indeed! Just getting the smallest size on the menu fills you up so much that you’re almost done with your meal. They also have a board if it says where today’s potato is from, they have the ingredients out. And the people were really nice! I’m definitely going back!

said “wassup!” as i walked up and the employee looked at me like he had somewhere better to be. i then asked to make my burger a combo. then the inept employee proceeded to say “sorry there isnt any” so he made me spell out i wanted fries and a drink(which he didnt listen to the requests i asked for both larges) pathetic representation of a good place. do better.

Fries were flimsy and soggy. Coke machine isn’t mixing good drinks. Ordered the grilled cheese with a burger patty. It was better than the regular burger.
