Hostess was the most pleasant part, service was good but the food was not food. Mozzarella sticks didn’t pull at all because they weren’t hot enough. Queso burgers barely had queso in the skillet so they were seared to it and you had to pick chunks of your burger off and other tables were complaining as well. Our sweet teas obviously came from different batches and were both nasty.

When we got there we were seated but waited a little while before the Manager came to our table to explain that our server would be coming soon, that there was a mixup. A few minutes later another waitress came by our table and said our Waitress was out making deliveries but should be back in a couple of minutes. Other than that small instance the waitress was extremely nice and quick to check in on us. Food was hot and tasted great.

Excellent food service from female bartender to our high-top. Bourbon Steak and Shrimp was sizzling & good, as was the Oh-My-Cheeseburger, but for me, I wish I had not accepted the offer of hot honey on it, just not for someone who goes there with a cheeseburger on their tastebuds. 🙂

Stopped in while charging my EV in the parking lot. Had low expectations but just have to leave a review. The staff was so kind, beer was ice cold, and every meal that came out of the kitchen looked far better than I expected (didn’t eat because I was here so briefly). Even heard the managers praising the kitchen team and celebrating their hard work. Give this place your business at all costs. Keep it up Applebees!

I had to ask for someone to seat my family and I. After we sat down, 15 minutes passed with no service. I literally had to get up and hunt down the manager. The manager was pleasant and took our order. The food was tasteless. I didn’t get my breadsticks for my pasta until 10 minutes later. The fries didn’t come out with the burgers, and overall, I was just disappointed as I took my family out to eat.

This place is horrible a bunch of screaming drunks all the time. The food they served us was rancid and they didn’t care. I purchased a desert as well a blondie that was so dry and nasty as well. Seems they just can’t get it right. You wait a couple years go back it’s the same as always. I called immediately to inform them of this and they told me they want to give me a refund but can’t only a general manager or district manager can. So I didn’t get a refund for the dip and the dessert. No call no nothing have food to return no call no acknowledgement at all and corporate could care less. Woody called me who was clueless and called me a man. Sad all these business don’t need customers anymore. This apples bees hasn’t been good since the early 2000 when it was put there. Last time a different manager named Michelle took her three times to get my steak right. That was eight months ago in March. I knew I shouldn’t have went there but my kid loves their food. Our chicken like was dried out. The food was ice cold. We paid extra for cheese and mexi ranch and didn’t get either. We didn’t even get the order till after 7pm. Told us it would be ready by 6:42pm. Stay away go somewhere you won’t get sick off the food. No one checked it and even after it brought to their attention no one cared. Now I was told I have to wait three to five business days for anyone to contact me. Not even I’m sorry that happened and I recorded all phone calls so someone can hear how goofy these people are. I called a different one to ask about the policy she said no however today they told me the same thing at the same place. Looks like from other reviews they often serve bad food undercooked overcooked. Maybe the health department needs to be contacted. I threw up from the dip.

The hostess was sweet. Our waitress was not very inviting. We felt alittle rushed to choose what we wanted. When I ordered my steak she never ask how I wanted it, plus never brought napkins we had to ask repeatedly. my fries came soggy they seemed old and my green beans were cold. Not to mention there was a lettuce stock in my salad. The ranch was half way in the salad, we were not able to save the salad for later.

31 dollars & I left still hungry & dissatisfied. 1st, the restaurant wasn’t the cleanest, I get it, they were busy, but that bathroom was gross. Urine all over the floor puke in the standing stall, gross…. I almost left, had I not work all day & desperately wanted to eat. I go to my table & my soda & silverware was taken. The waitress forgot to write my order down & had to re-ask my order. Got my check without even finishing my steak. Wanted a desert but got rushed out. Waitress stood by waiting for me to pull out my payment. The experience was awful. I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant, not a sit-down restaurant. The only saving grace was that the food was good. The potatoes were excellent & my steak was exactly medium rare. The cook was on point. Unfortunately, it will not save it for me to return. This was probably the worst Applebee’s experience I’ve ever had.

Where to start? Once we were seated, it took the waitress over 5 minutes to come to our table to even take our drink order. When she showed up high as a kite, I understood why. Girl was in no condition to be driving to work or waiting tables.
We came because I was craving a burger and our options were limited. So how was the food? Super unremarkable in every way. Most of it seemed like they warmed up something frozen. I don’t think there was a lot of cooking going on in that kitchen.
I could keep going but what’s the point? Even by Applebee’s standards, this was a poor experience. Won’t be making this mistake again.
