I poured out my ice tea into another cup so I can thin it out and realized that they only filled my cut 1/3 full. The rest was ice. I’m really disappointed and I’m sure this is a regular occurrence because the teas always feels like they run out quickly.

I work the night shift in the area so there are not many options but I do enjoy McDonald’s coffee. This specific location seems to have odd night issues however. Often they are cash only at night which seems strange. Once they said they didn’t have any hot food.

This is the third time I have ordered food through the drive thru (Telegraph location) Though the service is fast, my food is always cold. My crispy chicken sandwich was over cooked and cold. The fries were also cold but I did enjoy the bun of this sandwich. I most likely will not visit this establishment again as I prefer to have food that is fresh and hot and not just kept warm under the warmer until given to some unsuspected patron.
