I ordered through the drive through, paid at the first window, and waited like over 7 mins at the pickup window and had ppl start honking at me to go forward. so I decided to get off the car and pick up my order in person.
The employees were rude, rolling their eyes to assist, I waited another 10 mins in there for someone to even walk by the front counter to ask for help. Once I did they were pissed.
I ordered the simplest thing
6 piece chicken nuggets with small fries.
I get home and see two patties in a container. Not even close.

I used the drive thru, placed my order and drove up to the first window. I intended to use apple pay. The employee asked me to hand my phone to her so she could complete the transaction. I refused to hand my phone to the employee and she immediately gave me a nasty glare and her body language was that of a rude person. I gave her a debit card instead and she shoved the receipt in my hand without a word. This employee needs to be coached on customer service skills!

They had a hard time getting my order correct. The process felt very disorganized. I had to confirm multiple times to make sure everything was right, and even then, the order was still incorrect. It was frustrating and disappointing.

I went on a Sunday 11/09/2025 after church to get a large iced coffee only. The line at the kiosk was long so I ordered it on my mobile app. I was asking Aaron at the counter what the address was. His answer to me was to look it up on Google maps. I told him that I’m really not from around here so I’m not sure how to do that. I then asked him if his address was on the receipt which it always is. He told me I should be more than capable to look it up on Google maps and then he got frustrated pulled out his phone and he looked it up and put the phone on the counter. He goes here copy it from there. I did not say anything. I just took the address and put it in and placed my order. I placed my order at 1:39 PM and at 2 o’clock. I asked him about my order and if I could speak to a manager, he then told me he is a manager and that if I didn’t like the weight, I can request a refund. I told them yes please give me a refund when we went to the counter. He asked me did she place it with the kiosk? I said no on the mobile app he told me I need to go to my app that I should be more capable to figure out how to get my refund refund. then he told me that he was the manager, and I was shocked if that is the example of the manager who’s training the employees on how to run the service this McDonald’s is not even worthy of the two stars that they have if I can give them zero stars I would they need to retrain Aron on Customer Service and Respect. If it wasn’t for the customers, he would not have a job. I’ve never had an issue at any McDonald’s and I’ve been going to McDonald’s forever because I can always rely on the customer service and the quality of the food. I just can’t see this about this store or that employee. I hope McDonald’s rethinks having him as the manager.
And by the way, I never got my iced coffee or my refund.

The food is great never had a complain but this morning I placed a mobile order since I was in my lunch and wanted my food to be ready by the time I got there… I got there just wanted to pick up and leave I did not wait long for my food . Got there park and my food was brought with 2 min wait . I ask the girl that brought my food if I could get some ketchup and Mexican salsa and she said I don’t have any in my tray but you could go inside and get it yourself and I sure did I couldn’t believe she would tell me that if I wanted to get off and get my own stuff I would not have had Oder a mobile order . I spoke to the manager and told her what happen and all she said was I’m sorry . But so upset that I don’t think I would be coming back to this Mac Donald’s

I found a plastic in one of my burgers that looked like it came from one of the product. Seems like they threw in there. I known many that worked at McDonald’s and that doesn’t happen by mistake

I ordered from McDonald app and when I got there my app glitched the curbside pickup, so I went inside to tell them. I asked an old heavy set silver haired lady if she could help me since my curbside dropped and she straight out said, It’s cancelled. I was like, no I have it on my app and it shows on my bank account. She walked to the cash register and said, nope it’s not there. And she said, it’s cancelled. I said , nope it can’t be I paid and I need someone to check my app. Well, some younger guy was there and I said, excuse me and I noticed he had a headset , but I could tell he was ignoring me and walked up to me annoyed. He came up to me and started telling the same story and I stopped him and he didn’t like that. He said, are you gonna let me finish or what or do you wanna talk? Right there I said, wait I am a customer and I paid for this food and you are saying I didn’t. Right then and there I showed him my bank account, but they refused to see the McDonald’s app. It’s on the app and it’s on my bank account and I want to know who is returning my refund and he said I don’t have to talk to you especially the way you are talking to me. So, I just showed him my personal bank account and for some odd reason they did not want to see their app, hmmm! That was very strange to me. Oh okay, I’ll report you guys then. And I will never return to this McDonald’s. I said, because someone has to help me get back what I was stolen? He said, your order is not here. I said, you haven’t even asked me my name. Then he walked away and said, I can refuse service and walked away. They basically stole my money and were very rude. These people have no customer services experience. They should have more common sense. They should have started by saying, We are sorry, and we think you should come back Monday to talk to our manager about the issue since you have evidence, but they didn’t. Well, I took pictures and the Silver hair lady said, She is taking your picture. I sure did! These people are mad and working with customers who pay for food. McDonald’s, you need to find people with good ethics and better understanding. I was not rude, I just wanted someone to help me understand why I was being charge and why my order was not there. For some odd reason , I’ve heard that this McDonald’s has very rude personnel and unprofessional behavior. I will never return to it and I will warn everyone about it. I don’t understand why people get jobs like these and get annoyed so easily. If they would have told me here is our number and managers name everything would have been fine. Now, I will report this to McDonald’s and probably social media.

The food was good, my complaint is about the service. They have no sense of customer connect…I stood at the hand off for about 10 minutes to ask if I could get a ranch…I work at a coffee shop and it’s always busy so I understand at times you are either understaff or it’s just very busy and overwhelming especially with a DT….but to not acknowledge the customer with a we will be right with you or something of that sort is insane to me…So I didn’t bother anymore and sat down but hey you guys charged me for the ranch so I went back again and again I waited for another 5 minutes, at this point I should of just gave up my food is cold already…and it wasn’t only just me getting the side look and acting you guys didn’t see me and the other customers…I personally found that very rude McDonalds do better please with whom you hire they are the face of your location…thank you for today’s meal but definitely not coming to this location again.
