I place a order at this location like always when I’m down here. It was delivered on time but once I sit it down and looked at it I was like omg. It was missing toppings and all I had was the bread with little sauce and was burnt. I called back and they replaced it and brought another one. It was great and cooked it was supposed to be.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would! We placed an order over the phone and we didn’t receive one of our items, we ordered cheese sticks but got bread sticks, we only got 4 fries in our fry order, and our pizza box was dirty with old pizza toppings that we didn’t order. When we called and spoke to a manager she was extremely rude and started off yelling. We’ve gotten pizza from here before and the order is usually always wrong in some way or another.

Small and a bit dingy. But the staff was awesome. They were super busy, but still engaged with the customers walking in. I’d placed my order with and my local Charlotte Pizza Hut and thought I’d placed it here. Thankfully I had made it a cash order. I redid the order online and despite being slammed with orders he insisted on getting mine done so that I didn’t have to wait! I was on vacation so waiting was the least of my worries. But I appreciate him wanting to get me in and out. Thanks Guys! Oh and they hooked those cheesey breadsticks, I’ve never had them so good from Pizza Hut. Good thing we did a triple order!!!!

I got in late so ordered a pizza at 10pm. Said 25-35 minutes it took 45-50, no biggy. the pizza was relatively cold by the time i got it. Also I ordered the detroit style supremo pizza and it came with almost no toppings. Quite disappointed especially since the box clearly states

I odered pizza pizza a tipped the driver prior to delivery the driver arrived insist I come down to get the pizza I advised him that he can come up. He refused to cone up hung up the phone went to the lobby and lied saidbi cussed him out. I never experienced racist in my life yet that’s all I can make of it. At 12:15 I ordered a pizza to be delivered. It’s 3:15 now and STILL no pizza! No call, no explanation. Called twice, got put on hold both times, each time left hanging. Good thing I didn’t pay with a credit card! On top of that, the amount was gonna be $22 for a $14 pizza because of tax and delivery charge . Oh well, just saved myself $25 I guess.

I ordered pizza & wings online at 8:30 pm, while on vacation. the order never showed up after 1 hour. they called me 30 minutes after I placed the order saying they didn’t have the stuff crust I ordered,& if I would take any other type. so I did, and the order still no show. I called back & they said they canceled my order, without even calling me back. So some manager asked if I wanted to placed the order again. so I did and still no show or call. so I called again and still on hold and no pizza. I would not refer this pizza hut to anyone. they are so sorry, and they won’t even answer the phone to tell me why I haven’t received my order.I am visiting from out of town and this is Amazing and Bad businesses. this pizza hut Sucks, do use it?
