What we got: crunchy, no salt, dripping in oil fries. burned nuggets, soaked in oil. Flat soda that tasted like mop water. Tried not to be this customer but we got sick and woke up sick!

I purchased only French fries, however they were warm not got and stale. I didn’t realize it until I already left and I couldn’t go back to request a hot order. I was disappointed.

It always seems to smell in here. I made my order on the app. I am in the store, my account says my order is ready. My # never comes up on the board. Even though I’m standing at p/u counter keep looking between phone and board, I’m ignored. Finally I yell to the back and tell I am waiting for my order. She asked was$+×÷=, my order, yes. It had been sitting with my melting flurry all the time.

I wasted time in this Branch. My entire break was wasted and I was standing in line. I didn’t know that these guys have kiosk. The kiosk is located in a blocked area where I could not see and I wasted my whole break.

Well not like anyone is not going to go here. But after I received a 3/4 of the way full cup for a SMALL smoothie, I decided to request them fill the cup up like usually when I get it. After I was ignored by the person I was asking about the small amount, another employee walked up and I was told “the machine did it, not us” then the employee who told me it was “the machine” then got yelled at by another employee which caused her to yell back which caused me at that point to just leave. Too bad yelp doesn’t allow pictures to be posted because I would love to show you this pathetic amount I received for 3 damn dollars.
