Ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae which was 1/2 full. When I asked about the Sundae I was told by the manager at the drive thru that that is how they come. Really???? Since when? Do better McDonald’s.

We stopped in for a quick “fuel up” before heading to the movie theater where the popcorn costs more than my phone bill. We ordered two double cheeseburgers and a McChicken. Used the McDonald’s app — got the McChicken free with points (bless), and the double cheeseburgers were buy one, get one for a buck. So for UNDER $5 we secured more calories than a grown adult should consume in one sitting. Financially responsible? Absolutely. Nutritionally questionable? Also yes.

The service was perfectly McDonald’s. Not rude. Not warm. Just fast and efficient — like they’re training for the drive-thru Olympics and you’re just the next lap.

The McChicken tasted exactly like a classic McChicken should — comforting chaos. The double cheeseburgers? Surprisingly good. Honestly the food seemed as fresh as McDonald’s gets without being legally considered “farm to table.”

We saved money, we ate too much, we survived just fine, and we will 100% be back to do it again.

this store is by far the worst one ive ever been to. they have no issue losing a guest with their horrible service. the employees standing on the line in the expeditor area eating ice, drinking drinks, and wont help a guest. you really need new management. I placed a mobile order because I work the next door over, and the app changed my order from mobile walk in to drive thru and refused to allow me to pick up inside because they would have to communicate to their window people that there wasnt a car there. so I just canceled my whole order and they were ok with that. how do you continue to build a business refusing to help a guest when the app glitches? which happens often. I order there daily, sometimes twice a day and now I will drive 15 minutes to the other store to keep from ever giving that store another penny of my money. now I have to wait 1 to 10 days to even get my money back. and I work 100 hours a week for my money. this store is a disgrace

i was in the drive thru and my fries were cold not filled even half way and the manager there was very rude to me and my family i will never be spending money at this location ever again! Horrible customer service! I called and asked for fresh fries and she told me she made them herself and completely cussed me out for no reason!

what the actual heck are these fries. Overcooked but not even hot and zero salt. Why did I pay for a medium and get a small in a medium container??? Also got a Diet Coke paid extra to size up and the syrup/carbonation is so off I’m basically drinking dirty tea. I’ve given this McDonald’s three chances and i think I’m done with it now. You can’t have subpar customer service AND food.

The hours and mobile app say the restaurant is open until midnight, but that’s apparently a lie. Pulled up at 10:55 and was told they don’t take mobile orders after 10, even though the app let me place one. I tried to ask if I can get the deal that I had used in the app and the girl got very short with me and told me they close in 5 minutes. So we just left. No food, and it’ll take up to a week to get a refund. Fix your store hours in Google and on your app.

The app misbehaved. Went inside and it took them THIRTY MINUTES to solve my problem. No other customers in there. Not one “sorry”, or any free dessert, or anything. The guy trying to figure out what went wrong using my phone had 3/4 inch long fingernails PACKED with dirt underneath. To say that I won’t be back is an understatement; I will HOLD MY BREATH while I drive by from now on.

Everybody in Gallatin used to call this location “the good McDonald’s” but now it’s so pathetic. Pull up a full hour before closing (I checked) and lights are still on. Sit at the drive-thru menu for about 30sec of silence before saying “hello?”. I get an AI response telling me the restaurant is closed and to come back “during normal operating hours”. I can only pray that whoever is working late-nite isn’t getting paid for an hour or two of work to ignore customers.

I had ordered through the app , I arrived 3 minutes after ten. When I got there they had told me they were not allowed to take mobile orders after ten . It is actually ridiculous how it doesn’t inform you that they are not allowed to take mobile orders after 10 . A whole trip wasted and I still have to wait 2-3 days for a refund .

Messed up my order multiple times, had an attitude when I asked for it to be corrected, had me wait over 20 mins then asked what was I even waiting for because they forgot about me. Took my receipt to fix order & STILL messed my order up & they never gave my receipt back. Called the next day to speak to a manager to get it resolved & they said too bad so sad basically that my receipt was taken & asked could I bring the food back, why would I keep food for over a day ??? plus my burgers were raw. never going back.
