Ordered my food cooked to order and they literally dropped cold fries back in the grease-burned them
Same with the nuggets. The edges of my bread on my burger was rock hard like they just threw it in the microwave and had the nerve to park me like they were making my food fresh which is what they are supposed to do when you ask them to cook your food to order. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE-drive to the McDonalds on Las Vegas Blvd next to the Boulevard Mall connected to the chevron-food is ALWAYS hot and fresh

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Which is sad for a McDonald’s. The management at night and crew are completely unprofessional. They kept scanning my code and it showed my code went through however before we could remedy the problem they decided they didn’t want to serve me anymore because the line was getting long and became combative to the point that I was baffled and just decided to leave. The heavy set African American woman specifically (who claimed to be the manager) should be fired she was horrible and I wouldn’t even hire her as a crew member with how unprofessional she is. I contacted corporate and look forward to action. If you are wondering why there are 5 star reviews at all, it’s because clearly the morning shift is pulling all the weight at this location. I would rather drive out of my way thentno ever deal with people like that again. I hope they have it recorded on their videos for when corporate investigates. It’s pretty sad and i bet you anything this is a franchise location. I would put money on it! If the owner reads this I hope they are smart enough to fix things before it’s too late. I would be horrified to find out this is how my franchise was being run. How hard is it to deliver good customer service and fix problems? This is a basic and this location seems to have forgotten about the basics.

I paid cash for my meal at 5 am and asked for a receipt but the employee told me he was out of receipt paper. I am not happy since I needed that receipt! Giving receipts as proof of purchase is an essential part of doing business.

Haven’t been to this McDonald’s in probably over 5 years since I worked in the area. Wow has it gone downhill when I walked in about 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night it was like a unhoused encampment in the guest seating area. Bags everywhere people just sitting around. The restaurant is absolutely disgusting inside and out. Windows, booths, tables, floors completely filthy. Bathroom disgusting even though it has locks on the door most the unhoused know the code and let customers in as customer service from the employees are almost non-existent. I would recommend finding another location if you really hankering from McDonald’s.

Came in the drive through and my app wasn’t working so I asked staff for assistance and they were so rude, the manger Robert had an attitude for no reason at all refused to read my promo code and suggested that I have a moth so I can read it and honestly just over all was rude, not what I would expect from a manger. Pretty much, the guy at the window made my coupon disappear and they couldn’t honor it even the manager wouldn’t fix it I’m not sitting in McDonald’s for 15 minutes pondering on when my meal will arrive to me.
I don’t need to eat in the hood SMH. I moved away from this area for a reason. It’s gross. Don’t come to this one.
