I asked for them not to burn the cheese on my pizza and they made it so well done!!! && it smelled burnt. This was my first visit here… I won’t be back!!!. There was a lack of flavor to the pizza probably because it was overcooked!

We have been here twice and both times we ordered the meatball pizza. The meatballs are very tender and a great compliment on the pizza. Also the family sized pizza is HUGE! We also ordered the Bartolini’s sampler appetizer platter, onion rings were deep fried to perfection, mini meatballs were great, cheese sticks and beer nuggets were also good. My son had the Elvis burger which has 4 patties, it was so big he only ate half. Italian beef sandwich didn’t disappoint either. Everything we have had we would order again.
Our server Neli was great and was very attentive and checked on us throughout the meal.

We stopped on our way to Elkhart from O’hare and so glad we did. Great vibe, excellent food and service. The owner stopped by to say hello which was a nice gesture. You can tell everyone is having a good time at this place. I’d definitely love to come again!

I absolutely loved this place! Great food, Brittany was an incredible server. We had mama’s lasagna, Cajun fettuccine alfredo, and thin pizza with pepperoni, sausage, onion and green peppers and the tiramisu. Everything was good portions, delicious, perfect temperature, cooked and sauced to perfection. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment we entered the door, family owned and they make you feel like family! Will definitely be back next time we come back to Chicago. Bartolini’s catered our volunteer celebration at church. I have worked with a lot of caterers for various church events over the past 10 years. Bartolini’s was an absolute delight to work with. Their food was delicious and the service was an 11 out of 10. I can’t say enough about how easy they made my job!

I ordered to pick-up; I’ve wanted to try thier breaded steak sandwich since they opened, but they dont deliver. I decided to bite the bullet and pick it up. The sandwhich was great, they gave a nice big portion of steak and the roll stood up to the heavy steak and sauce which I loved. The fries were nice and crispy. I also order a calzone. Our tried and true calzone place closed and we’ve been looking for a replacement. I was very hopeful looking through photos on Facebook, but when mine arrive it was super deflated and flat like my excitement. The ingredients in the calzone were flavorful and fresh and for that reason I will be giving th calzone a 2nd chance…lol. Also please, please, please offer delivery on dooordash or grubhub.

I ordered the 14-inch traditional cheese pizza. It was not bad, but not great compared to some of the other places I’ve had in the Chicagoland area. Service was good. I would like to try the meatballs in the future. Pizza crust was a little hard for my liking. 3 out of 5.
