I recently visited a McDonald’s that was honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the place felt unclean. The floors were sticky, several tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the trash cans were overflowing. It didn’t seem especially busy, so there wasn’t much excuse for the lack of upkeep.

The service was just as disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and unorganized. I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I finally ordered, the employee barely made eye contact and rushed through the interaction without confirming my order.

The food quality was below what I’d expect, even for fast food. My fries were cold and soggy, and my burger looked hastily thrown together, with toppings sliding off the bun. I had to go back to the counter because part of my order was missing.

Overall, this location did not live up to the basic standards I expect from a McDonald’s. Fast food should at least be quick, hot, and consistent. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark on all three. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. P.S. ALWAYS HOMELESS PEOPLE HERE.

Not sure if they do listen to Google reviews but this place is better. It is run better the food comes out in under 10 minutes. If it’s breakfast almost instantly. And less hassle the only thing that I don’t like is having to ask to use the restroom however I do understand why. But all in all great changes.

So, I saw something new in the menu today, the gold meal, I ordered the crispy deluxe with bacon and special gold sauce. Being honest it look interesting on the picture so I ordered it. Guess what!! I did not get what I asked for and let me share a picture. When you stop by and look at the marketing of the new meal you’ll understand my disappointment. I mean, I know it’s fast food so my expectations are not so great, but this is beyond bad, It’s just workers not willing to do their jobs!! And most importantly the company for not hold the standards!! Bad service and it’s 14$ I mean not a lot but definitely not worth my money…

Very disappointing experience.
I waited over 10 minutes outside for curbside pickup and no one came. I went inside and stood there waiting while employees looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me. One employee was on her cell phone.
When she finished her call, she said “give me a minute,” then finally asked how she could help. I explained I had a curbside order and had been waiting outside. She asked for my order number, then said she didn’t have it in the system but could remake the order.
One of our orders was never brought to the car at all . We had to go back inside again. On top of the poor service, the French fries were the worst I’ve had from any McDonald’s, and I order fries often from different locations.
This location really needs improvement. Other McDonald’s locations do much better, so I know the company can do better than this.

Stuck in their drive thru 15 minutes not moving, nobody bothers to come to the first window to explain what’s going on, call 3x and they hang up. I’m in a Lyft and ordered ahead, not so I can sit here stuck!! Come to find out he’s the manager..and he’s the only person working the shift for some reason, doesn’t think he did anything wrong, and refused to compensate me. They also ran out of Monopoly containers before the game was over a few months ago when I only needed one matching property to win and they run out of sauces. When I dine in there I have to carefully watch my stuff because there’s constant homeless loitering and walking by my table as they repeatedly exit and re-enter the restaurant like they’re trying to score drugs or something.

Came to order a Happy Meal with a Tiny Tan toy. It specifically says Tiny Tan on my receipt. They gave me a completely different toy without even letting me know or giving me the option to cancel my order. The staff were abrupt, despite there having very few customers in the store. I showed them my receipt showing Tiny Tan toy and they completely refused to do anything about it. This concern might seem small to them but for a child, it matters a lot.

Came in today around 9:30, this older man ordered food on the app but was going to pay for it in person (not really sure how that works because I don’t use the app), the Hispanic lady at the front who had a yellow duck attached to her head was rude to him about it. He asked her if she wanted to see his order on his phone & she said “no it’s not here” without even checking his phone at all. He then proceeded to ask “so you don’t want to take my order then” which she ignored him & walked away so he left McDonald’s irritated & rightfully so. From where I was standing I could see the order number on his phone & on the screen attached to the ceiling you could also see it. If that worker had actually checked instead of immediately dismissing him she would’ve seen it was there. I don’t understand what is this locations problem with accepting cash from people its ridiculous.

The drive thru was very professional not a lot of traffic nor long lines waiting to order your food. The service was excellent and the staff polite I will be coming back to this particular MCDONALD’S of FLAMINGO AND EASTERN in the near future.

This particular McDonald’s continues to disappoint and give bad service with food that is not up to McDonald’s normal food standards. I had a filet fish sandwich. Very old and dry fish patty. My dining partner had a big Mac and it also was drying old and just pathetic. We ordered to have the food delivered to our table number and they could behind the counter just sat there and yelled out our table number until I finally written got it. You shouldn’t offer table service and then not do it. Maybe he just didn’t know any better. This is not the first time this McDonald’s has disappointed whether it be the drive-thru or dine-in or take out a bad bad service I’ve even seen a dog behind the line being healed by an off-duty employee. Handling food and handling money without washing your hands all kinds of bad thingsat this restaurant.

This is absolutely the fastest service for McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. When I approached the line there was nobody in line took me awhile to figure out what I wanted finally decided on a big breakfast with sausage hot cakes. By the time I made the order a High cakes had been placed on the counter before I had a chance to move from the register. Now I’m not a fan of McDonald’s although I used to work for my long long time ago but they definitely got it down to a science when it comes to preparing food for customers in addition the layout of the facility has been completely remodeled to a new age Art Deco style it looks fantastic even the bathroom has a class store that you enter into sweet.
