There were huge pieces of black material which looked like it could be mold in the ice machine. I let the manager know because I needed new cups since it was covered in the black stuff and she didn’t even apologize as if having a dirty and disgusting soda machine was acceptable

I will NEVER eat at this Subway again. I ordered a footlong tuna, double the meat. By the time I started eating it I was gone from restaurant. If that’s what’s considered “double the meat”–for what I paid…screw them. It wasn’t like this in the past. The girl that made my sandwich seemed like she didn’t like working there and did the minimal needed to produce a sandwich. I regret not keeping my receipt so I could’ve posted it. NO MORE SUBWAY FROM THERE!!!

Horrible customer service by your employee crystal. I have never seen her but she needs to be trained with decent customer service. She looked like she was forced to be doing the subs/working. The other employees are wonderful everytime I have gone they take customer service seriously.

I really LOVE Subway, I try to go to every single one that I can in different cities. But this one is the worst! I’ve been here twice and both times I have been disappointed. I ordered the oven roasted chicken breast, and it was disgusting! It smelled and tasted like fish. When I took a bite I felt like I dipped my face in a fish tank! Ugh its disgusting!

I didnt think I’d ever rate a subway poorly. I dont know if they were having a bad day or what. The store was very dirty, the employee was quite short and rude. The bread was horrible, I actually ate only the meat and cheese and threw the bread away. To say I was extremely disappointed would pretty much sum up my visit to this subway location. I’d suggest finding another location to eat at if you want a fresh sandwich and good customer service.

Literally just picked up half an hour ago, ask and paid for extra cheese, never received it and asked for them to be toasted as well and neither sandwich was toasted. They don’t thoroughly check the list when you order online apparently so that was disappointing!
