Well it was 4 in the morning and I was trying to use my app. Wasn’t working so I showed the guy at⁰ the counter. He ended up honoring the points and was extremely helpful and polite. His name is Denmark and he deserves a raise. Amazing service and great at his job.

LONG WAITS & INACCURATE ORDERS… I’m a little perplexed at how this McDonald’s could take so long completing your order and by the end of your visit give you the wrong order or forget items. This was the case with our order and my Dad was visibly upset over this.
It’s a shame they don’t have a better system at this McDonald’s found inside the Aquarius Casino as it’s certainly convenient. It’s a clean, modern location too! I’m willing to give them a chance again if they get it together. Lots of families visit this spot in the morning so be prepared to wait regardless of what day it is.
What did I eat? I had an oatmeal and orange juice, they both hit the spot!

I enjoyed my mcgriddle although the prices are ridiculous. $4 for one breakfast burrito and $8 for hotcakes & sausage. It’s obvious price gouging inflation because they’re inside Aquarius. At least the ice cream machines are working to their full potential lol

On the set 27 January 2026 approximately 5:00 a.m. in the morning I discovered racism in your restaurant as far as employees I stood there was the only I come to Aquarius a lot every week I’m going to avoid one there and I waited for her to serve me and then I called back in the back room and she was talking to one of those purses back there cooking and she’s still ignoring me and finally I called out again and she still ignored me then I called out again and finally after she realized that she couldn’t get away with ignoring me anymore she said came up to me and can I take your order she can barely understand me and I just left this is how Aquarius operates having vendors acting like that in their Casino I can do without I do realize that McDonald’s does not operate in this manner and also this manner should be addressed too early in the morning to be treated like that came here on business and I just wanted a quick breakfast and all I got was delayed

Guys the food was fresh the manager named autumn she was so nice and very helpful so not ever go to the mcDonald’s on the 95 and Hancock the manager named Brenda is so rude and does not help her employees and is very discriminatory

Most terrible and watered down “french vanilla iced coffee” I have ever had. Asked them to remake it and they still ended up making it terribly the same. Didn’t bother going back to fix a second time ♀️. Just had to toss it at that point. So beware of this place. I would not recommend this place.
