El Cerrito Cafe in Corona served me a great breakfast. The breakfast quesadilla was the highlight with soft eggs, the right cheese ratio, and fresh tortillas that didn’t taste rubbery. We also had eggs and chorizo and they had good flavor without being greasy. Portions are generous and the food comes out hot. I’d go back just for that quesadilla again.

Great quality food and good value too! The breakfast burritos are delicious and if you want something healthier the grilled chicken salad is filling! Service is always friendly and quick and it has a cozy diner vibe.

First time. Michelada was ok. Chilaquiles chile verde with pork were good. Came in Wednesday morning. One server she was on top of her job. The place could use light music.

First time here, and I have to say that our experience was good. Everyone was very welcoming and had a smile on their faces. Rosie was are waitress, she was very kind and helpful. My husband and I loved that it had an old school dinner atmosphere. BUT with a Mexican twist. We have dined at many dinners across the country and have never came across a dinner (cafe) like this. We will definitely be returning and telling our friends and family about this spot.

I got here on a Tuesday at 9am and it was not crowded. Parking was plentiful. Atmosphere felt open and family friendly. Service was outstanding. I recommend getting the Green Chilaquiles or the French Toast with coffee. I scoured over a hundred restaurants nearby to find the best Chilaquiles and this place did not disappoint. They were the best I’ve had so far from all surrounding areas.

What a gem! Small but quaint cafe. Full bar, a couple TVs in the bar. Came in for breakfast, and it did not disappoint! Bree was a server. She was super attentive and took good care of us. The Summit breakfast was really good. Biscuits were fresh, gravy had amazing flavor. Eggs were cooked as ordered, and hashbrowns were tasty. Good size portions so you could share. We also ordered the kids’ French toast with bacon. Food came out piping hot and flavorful. On the weekends, they have Menudo and Eggs Benedict. They offer a great variety, Chilaquiles, machaca, and breakfast burritos.
As I previously said, the place is small, so you may have a little wait, it’s so worth it! Highly recommend, and this is now one of our favorite places.

Breakfast was good to very good. Potatoes were prepared as requested. The eggs varied from well prepared to over cooked. Coffee and drinks were never empty.
The servers were efficient.
The interior is best described as clean. Not modern nor rustic.
