Is this false advertising or this particular establishment cutting corners at the consumers expense??
We purchased 2 Philly Cheese Steak pizzas but what we received was 2 Cheese, Peppers, and Onions Pizza. Barely any meat at all.
Look at the picture of that pizza on their Website compared to what we received.
Totally disappointed. If I wanted a vegetarian pizza, I would have ordered one.

Honestly if I could I wouldn’t rate the establishment however it would defeat the purpose of you all knowing how your customer service is!
So I walked in and at the moment it was only 2 employees play young lady did ask me if I needed anything if I was picking up replacing I told her I would possibly placing an order she continues to finish prepping the order that she was on. How many cakes come in the lave cake order I was ignored and so I spoke louder with assertiveness and then was told by the gentleman it’s 3 in a tone that wasn’t rude but could come off due to the fact I am sure I startled him with my tone. I can tell you to look over the menu and then and then I said that I was ready but no one moved, I said that I was ready again and no one moves again so I said loud in the same time as before I want to order the cookie brownie & and I will pay for it once I come back in bc I was walking next door to Jersey Mike’s for my lunch and I want it back to be my dessert. I make my way back to the establishment just for my order to be completely ignored and I didn’t have time to wait an additional 3-10 mins when I stopped there 1st.

Ordered No Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce Shredded Parmesan Asiago Onions Mushrooms Diced Tomatoes Extra Alfredo Sauce Premium Chicken. For my son that can’t have pork. They proceed to cover the pizza in bacon and Italian sausage. No tomatoes. And pizza wasnt cooked raw dough. He couldn’t even eat dinner. Waited over 30 minutes otp just to not be helped. This was disheartening and disappointing. We will not be returning.

It was very disorganized. I placed my order online and went to the store to pick it up 20 minutes later. It was not even made. An employee made it while I was there. Other people were complaining about the wait time . One man said his name was not on the board for when his pizza would be ready. He wanted his money back and then his pizza was found but it was cold from sitting on the shelf. I asked about my order and then the employee handed me the pizza after waiting 20 minutes. There were so many people waiting. The employees did not know what they were doing. I got home and there were hardly any toppings and it was a little burned. Last time I go there.

The worst experience I have had at this dominos! That is un-melted cheese on my cold pizza! The Meatzza pizza is suppose to be a specialty pizza with “all the meat” toppings… where? I see more sauce than anything!!! Plus one of my pepperoni pizzas was replaced by a plain cheese pizza. WTH! Makes feel some type of way after having spent so much money and gave a good tip too!!!! Smh!!

Terrible. Long wait time! Pizza time when ordering online and upon arrival were off by 30 minutes. The employees used there bear hands to make and kneel the pizza dough. When I brought it to the attention of the young lady that was taking credit card payments, handling cash and answering the phone and then went back to the pizza dough without washing her hands discreetly—TO WASH HER HANDS, she gave a really nasty attitude and I was extremely kind to her when I asked her to the side to share my concerns. I wish I had taken a video. I would not recommend this location!

I ordered Domino’s and waited, I followed the tracker online the girl delivered it to the wrong house. I called the store to ask what was going on whoever answered. The phone was rude. Told me they were making it back over and they still took them an hour and a half for the pizza to get to me. Do not go to the store. Please do not go to the store.

This the worst dominos I’ve been too in a while. The service is slow!! No one examples to you what’s going on with your order. And the pizza is not properly cooked. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Its a 3.7 for a reason.
