I travel all over the country and leave reviews on here as I go, this place was disgusting. Fries and trash everywhere in the lobby. The family ahead of me ordered on a kiosk. I chose to walk up to all the employees standing around looking like they just started that day and didn’t know what to do. The guy at the counter was playing his game on his phone and I stood there for about a minute before I asked can you take my order. He was Polite and took it and asked bout my day but here is some photos of the place. I’d travel on before stopping here again.

I used the kiosk to order. My order showed on an overhead screen that it was ready. I approached the counter and no one communicated with me until I had to yell at a passing employee. They told me it wasn’t ready and I could wait. There is no designated wait area so I was in the way for other customers. They yelled out my number and dropped it on the counter and walked away. I wanted to ask for ketchup but no one was available. My chicken sandwich had a hard slab of over-cooked chicken. I probably will not stop here again.

Nice and clean McDonald’s just at the right of interstate. Clean bathroom and sitting area. Food was served quickly and warm.

Admittedly, I’m not a fan of McDonalds. I eat there probably once every 5 years, if that. On this occasion, I was with 100+ boy scouts on a trip, and we all piled in unexpected to the restaurant. They were very fast with the food, and accurate. This is a well-run store with competent staff – something you rarely see.

I usually only visit for breakfast without complaining but last night I ordered the double quarter pounder meal. Big mistake it was served completely raw in the middle there’s no excuse for serving raw meat. McDonald’s uses grill clams that cook the meat top and bottom at the same time when you pull the top down a timer is set. When the meat is done it opens automatically. The only way to serve raw is to open prematurely which the cook has to do by hitting a button. There’s no excuse for being in such a hurry most customers get back on the highway and more than likely won’t turn around and come back so it’s like throwing $13 out the window. Please train staff better.

Got the wrong sandwich on the first order, chicken sandwich when we ordered a deluxe quarter pounder. Second sandwich – a double quarter pounder so still not the deluxe quarter pounder…was hot and fresh but dripping with grease and undercooked. The third and final sandwich was still wrong – a double deluxe quarter pounder but it was cooked all the way through though dripping with grease.

Hometown McD’s represented today! Not only was the service fast, but the food and coffee were hot and fresh. The best part of the hashbrowns, they were crispy!

Used the drive-thru before 6am for breakfast and everyone was friendly, helpful, and on it. Our breakfast was great! We got the sausage mcgriddles and a sausage burrito. Both were perfectly cooked, fresh, and delicious!

Girls were so rude in the drive through AND inside. We went up to the drive through and the girl seemed upset that we pulled up and when we asked to make two orders she refused. When we pulled up to the window to get our food, another girl handed us our food and when we told her we were missing our McFlurry she got upset, kept opening the window and with it still open said “ugh there’s more cars pulling up” and kept opening to check if people were coming. When our McFlurry was done she handed it to us and then closed the window without a word. We then parked to go use the bathroom I asked for some ketchup, another girl scoffed and rudely exclaimed “it’s right there!” I have worked in customer service for many years and I am very lenient knowing that the conditions people work under aren’t always the best, but being flat out rude surprised me.

We ordered from the kiosk sat down and watch like 2 other orders go out and then realized they Did not take our order to us let alone call our Oder out. (Orders from the kiosk are supposed to be brought to you) this was between 10:30pm to 11:00pm by the time we realized that the bag sitting on the counter was ours Our fries were cold and they did not give us our cups and they also forgot an ice cream. When I went and asked for our cups and told the girl in the yellow shirt about our fries being cold and our order not being brought to us and just sitting there her reply was oh umm I’m sorry with attitude and blowing me off as she walked away. Then as we were sitting there eating I watched them point us out to the new guy in the purple shirt right before he left from shift I assume he looked at us 2 different times. Then my wife saw them all in the reflection of the window to the right of us pointing at us and flipping us off thinking we couldn’t see them because the wall was there. I don’t know if they were having a bad night or if manager is setting a good example (manager was laughing when they were flipping us off) but this is unacceptable behavior for new hires and the ones that have been working there. These kids are young and need to be molded by a role model that not only cares how this company looks but also how this younger generation is gonna teach some one else from what they were taught. I’ve never been treated so poorly or like we didn’t matter. I’m disgusted and disappointed with these people’s behavior and will not be eating in ever again.
