Went about 20 mins ago and they gave me the complete wrong order. I wanted a new sandwich they had, and they gave me a chicken wrap. They charged me for the other meal I originally wanted. Manager needs to inform employees about new items on the menu. It also seems this mcdonald’s has so much turn around (employees going in and out and quitting).

It’s McDonald’s. This one here in Santa Fe is especially clean. Staff was super courteous and made me a very decent sausage egg McMuffin with cheese. But they did not have the two sausage egg McMuffins for $5, which was kind of a bummer but still delicious.

This is an awful McDonald’s location. I get it, it’s a McDonald’s but this one is BAD. One guy talks so fast that you can barely understand him, and the blonde lady with a bunch of ear jewelry was super rude. The hash browns genuinely tasted like dirt. How is it not even 8AM yet and the hash browns are bitter from the old oil? Nothing like the location on candelaria and Menaul, they’re amazing and this location should take some notes. Gross.

This mcdonalds was very quick qith its service. I got there right as breakfast ended and lunch just started but they still got my food together very quickly and I didn’t have to wait at all. Very great service.

This is the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to and I travel all over the US. The employees curse over the speaker in drive thru, have zero customer service skills, cannot get your order correct to save their lives and want you to proceed to the last window so they can stand around and chit chat.
The burgers we didn’t order were cold as were the fries.
This will never be on a stop I make again. I get making one mistake, but two? It’s a pattern now and one I do not need to repeat for a third time.

My husband ordered breakfast and was given syrup and butter but was not given the pancakes that were supposed to come with the order. When he returned to the restaurant to let them know the pancakes were missing, the employee told him he would need to pay for them and stated that he “needed to say he wanted pancakes.” This response made no sense, as syrup and butter were already provided, clearly indicating pancakes were part of the order. While my husband was at the counter, employees in the back were speaking about him in Spanish, assuming he did not understand. My husband does speak Spanish and found this behavior extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. When I called the manager was no help and told me call corporate he didn’t give a ….

McDonald’s is now more expensive than Blake’s. So you can either pay $15 to get cold saltiness fries and a dry burger, or go to Blake’s and pay $13 for a juicy burger than seasoned fries. Why bother with McDonald’s anymore.
