As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The food was actually really good. I personally don’t dislike Rally’s. I just want them to make the food correctly and they did that. I try to milkshake for the first time. That was really good. It was super thick when I first had sipped it, but you just got to let it melt down a little bit. I highly recommend the salted caramel milkshake

I have mixed feelings about my visit. I tried ordering two combos, but ended up with way more food than I thought a total bill of over 31 dollars. It was my first visit ever to a Rally’s and the cashier wasn’t too helpful with my confusion. I was disappointed that they didn’t offfer smaller burger options than the huge two patties. The cashier wasn’t rude, but he wasn’t friendly either.
The food was delivered quickly and it was hot. Personally, I didn’t think the burger was the best for the price, but it wasn’t bad. The fries were good.
I don’t think I’ll return due to difficulty ordering, the cost, and the larger than needed burgers.

Horrible not much else to say. Way over priced. Staff inside was rude and loud, highly unprofessional. I know it’s just a fast food place but so is Chick-fil-A and Taco Bell never seen or heard anything like this from their employees.

My experience is constantly a bad one. From the attitude of the servers to the inaccuracy of my order. This place needs to hire ppl who actually care about their jobs. Having to wait 15-20 min or more for supposedly fast food is ridiculous. Being told to park while waiting for food in a place where there are no parking spaces is really silly.

Not sure how a burger combo came up to $13 the patty was thin and the buns touched each other as if nothing was in between, the bread looked like some one punched a chunk off and the fries were greasy and disgusting, will never return here also one of the guys in the kitchen was sagging exposing his behind… that alone is a turn off in food service
