Walking in Freddy’s, the cashiers and workers are polite & nice, with one of them recommending the jalapeno pepper Jack steakburger combo with onion rings. Taking their advice, I ordered the combo with the food coming out in less than 5 minutes.
Is the food good? I’d say yes. The burger is cooked well done, along with the onion rings being quite light and crispy coming out of the fryer.
For the dining area, it could be cleaner with the booths and seating areas, especially on the floors. The kitchen (peering back there) looks clean and organized.
I would recommend this place if you want an older style burger, and after chatting with a few other customers, grab a sundae / milkshake for the best dining experience.

Food was delicious. It is enough to fill you up. Cooked to perfection. The bacon was cooked just right. Not rubbery and not crunchy.
Store is very clean and the temperature inside was cozy.

The manager Cameron today and his staff made the most iconic patty melt triple patty melt burger ever. From perfect caramelized onions, cheese melted perfectly, and the bread was toasted perfectly! The triple patty melt burger that I had ate today brought back some childhood memories from the 70s style patty melt. Hell the onion rings were perfectly golden and large portions of onion rings. I recommend their BBQ sauce with ranch for the onion rings. Whoever cooked our food today be proud of yourselves making a hamburger perfect everytime you make one. Today was the first time for many next times. I’m a chef and I only go to your restaurant for a llburgers. Merry Christmas and congratulations on your achievement. I saw love in your food today. Cameron you have an amazing crew. My wife had the chili dog. Today the chili was straight up fire even the hotdog was perfectly executed. God Bless and Happy New Year

Food is always good. We love skinny fries. One of my husband’s favorite burgers. Overall I had a good experience at this location. The dining room was extremely clean and inviting, and my order was taken quickly and executed perfectly. The staff were all friendly.

The other customers were friendly as we waited for over 15 minutes for two drinks. They only had one person working counter and he kept taking gloves off to help customers order instead of just finishing our second drink. By the time he did get to second drink, first one completely melted.

We come here once a week! Today we came here to eat lunch.. we got 3 combo meals. One of them had 10 tater tots! The other one had about half the fries that we usually get.. my daughter ordered a burger with no cheese. Of course her sandwich came out with cheese. What is going on? We paid $34.86 for 2 half meals and a meal that was wrong! When I asked the lady at the register she told me that’s what comes with the meal if I wanted more I should have ordered more. Me and my family will not be visiting this restaurant again! Completely unacceptable!!

It’s just ok. The shoe string fries were good. I really like the thick slice of pickles, but this is not the best burger I’ve had. The booths were not clean. I realized a lot of patrons were purchasing custards more than meal combos. Their sundae offerings looked yummy, but just too over the top for me. They do have a following because the drive thru line was backed up.

Had to stop by for a frozen custard, think it was called the Turtle I ordered, the girl serving was super friendly and suggested her favourite for me, she wasn’t wrong. Really good price for the size of the portion and really tasty. Will defo be back. The place is massive, really clean with loads of seating available. Normal menu looked pretty good too for lunch.

Staff is still super friendly, food is great as expected. Took my son the other day for lunch and we waited 35 min. Yes 35 min for a burger- cheese fry’s and chili fry’s. They weren’t busy. The shift manager came out and apologized for the wait. I told her it was fine the food is worth the wait.
I will still recommend this location. It’s always consistent with the food.

So after not going to Freddy’s in AGES, I went to the 8909 Eastern Las Vegas 89183 location. i got a patty melt combo. You pay extra to get onion rings. I like those better than fries. When I get my order, there only 6 onion rings. They used to give you more like 12. Look at other people’s pictures. To me, since you pay extra, you should get at least say 10. 6 looks whimpy. I really do like their food very much. But because of the issues I have with their app. I stopped going.
And this is not helping their case any.
I tell you this so you know when they show up with a whopping 6 rings. You have been warned.
What follows is a review I did. Back when they made their changes to their app making me no longer able to use..
I’m not trying to be 1 of those people that just complain. But both issues seem like it would be so easy to fix. And I would DEFINITELY go back to being a loyal customer.
But they changed their app.
I can’t log in due to the STUPID changes they made to it.
