On two previous occasions my sandwich was good. Hot and fairly fresh. My last visit the sandwich was barely warm, it was dry and the bun was tough like it had been cooked hours earlier and sat in a warmer half the day. Couldn’t eat it so I threw it away. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because 2 out of 3 times it was pretty good.

Service was subpar at best. The place looks like it was last cleaned about a week ago. Toilets had built up grime and fuzz. There were two spills on the floor with no wet floor signs. It’s probably the most unclean Micky D’s I have ever been to.

Staff at this location created a uncomfortable atmosphere by ignoring lobby guest. All lobby customers where completely ignored. Manager was rude, unprofessional and useless at addressing the problem. Manager rolled her eyes and completely disrespected a senior customer asking for help. My mobile order took 15 minutes to come out for just beverages, so i had to pick up myself inside. Terrible location, hope they find a new manager that cares about guest.

Often leaves out items from order. This morning I picked up a drive through order for two breakfast sandwich meals for a family member, and was in a rush to get home for work. One sandwich was missing. This has happened to me on other occasions. I normally go back to have my order corrected but can’t bother to do it anymore.

It’s “icky mickeys” for a reason. There was toilet paper all over the restroom, overflowing trash cans and employees on break in the parking lot looking like Cheech n Chong in a movie scene, but hey, we only go here for the drinks. Bad food quality is not the fault of this store itself. it’s the chain as a whole.
