There under staffed – not there fault. Everyone in here is working two plus positions. The store is clean, the tables are mostly clean, there is trash in the lot, but if you were understaffed or a new manager you might not know to hand whom ever is taking a smoke break a broom so they can get two birds with one stone.

If I could give this McDonald’s less than one star, I would. This is my hometown location and I’m sad to report it’s also the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. EVER. Anywhere. For almost $30, we received two Spicy Crispy Chicken Deluxes that just… weren’t. No ‘deluxe’ toppings, no sauces, dry, tasteless, small and cold. Our two ‘cheeseburgers’ had NO cheese, no ketchup, an afterthought of a pickle, no onions, and the actual hamburger patty was so thin you could literally see through it. The diet coke was flat with very little ice. I’m SO disappointed and since we got it ‘to go’ (and waited 15 minutes in a side spot for our order) we didn’t notice the problem until we were on the road out of town. Unfortunately, every time I’ve eaten here, it’s been bad and/or the order has been wrong. I won’t be back.

We came in and during our meal a Karen didn’t hear her order called. She also ordered the wrong item and had a meltdown. Not only did they let her yell at them, when my wife and I told the staff that they should not have to deal with that, they gave us ice cream. Then a homeless lady came in and the manager bought her food. It’s hard to believe a McDonald’s exists with people this good working there.

Never again. They let me sit in the curbside space for 15 minutes while over a dozen cars went through the drive-through. After I was waiting 5 minutes, a car pulled into the space next to me, and someone rushed out with their order of a bunch of blended coffee drinks. After 15 minutes, I went in to ask, and my order was sitting there getting cold. My order that took 15 minutes while everyone else got theirs immediately? A black coffee and a McGriddle. The app is just a new opportunity for them to carelessly give poor service in a whole new way. Save yourself the bother and go down the street to Sonic.

Went to McDonald’s today at 2:15 and ordered two happy meals and two cheese burgers and the hole meal was trashed just threw the happy meals in the bag and smashed the burgers tell they were pancakes.
