Place is practically empty, including drive thru but the place is filthy! I had to wipe table and seat. Sat at bar table so my feet are not in food. Meal ordered at kiosk, here, table tent. Food in bag to go, number called out, order left on counter. Not even using restroom even though 4 more hours to drive. Gave three star for food because 1/4 lb was hot and delicious otherwise 1 star because fries were limp and cold. Unsweetened tea not an option. Worst McD in AZ. Burger cook, go work in a real restaurant. . . you are wasted there.

This place has gone downhill very fast. I order my food, it comes out in less than 2 mintues. Frys and cheese on the burger were cold. Hot and spicy was room temperature. My soda had little to no carbonation. The place was a disgusting mess, food all over the tables as world as the floors. There was one other customer in the entire store so there’s no excuse for this. The staff doesnt greet you, they have this look of defeat as well.

At least the place is clean. Came here several times and the same homeless person was here each time. Some of the time he acted very erratic. This is also the most expensive McDonald’s that I have visited while I traveled in Arizona. I don’t understand how the locals can afford to eat here.

Visit date – Friday, Jan 2 2026, ~500 PM. Not sure which millionaire owes this McDonalds location, but they need to work on making some service improvements. Went through the drive through – ordered a couple of cheeseburgers with fries and drinks. Pulled up to the window, paid, and was asked to go and park in one of the waiting spots (this is standard protocol 98 % of the time at this location – you only get your order at the window about 2% of the time). The waiting spot they asked me to go to had someone parked in it and waiting already (again this is always the case with this location). We waited 20 minutes and someone came out with the 2 burgers and fries – we waited another 5 minutes or so and then they came out with the two drinks (ended up being Dr Pepper vs Coke – but hey we got at lease what looked like our order after 25 minutes). Not sure what was going on as everyone was waiting at least as long as us. (Have also been to this location when they had NO burgers (??) and another time when their card machine was down and it was cash only).

The boss lady was SO hateful and rude. Charged me to two coffees when I said I wanted to use my $.99 coffee deal for my coffee. Very disrespectful. I had placed a mobile order for curbside pickup and waiting too long for it to be ready, so I went inside and what do you know. Its there on the counter. The employees were okay except for the, I assume, manager. I wont be coming here again, I was over charged and overly disappointed. That lady should either find another job or treat others better.

The employee working at the drive-thru should receive additional training on proper customer communication. I had to leave the line due to the unpleasant attitude I encountered after politely asking the attendant at the speaker to repeat herself, as I was unable to understand her because of her unclear speech.

If I could give this McDonald’s less than one star, I would. This is my hometown location and I’m sad to report it’s also the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. EVER. Anywhere. For almost $30, we received two Spicy Crispy Chicken Deluxes that just… weren’t. No ‘deluxe’ toppings, no sauces, dry, tasteless, small and cold. Our two ‘cheeseburgers’ had NO cheese, no ketchup, an afterthought of a pickle, no onions, and the actual hamburger patty was so thin you could literally see through it. The diet coke was flat with very little ice. I’m SO disappointed and since we got it ‘to go’ (and waited 15 minutes in a side spot for our order) we didn’t notice the problem until we were on the road out of town. Unfortunately, every time I’ve eaten here, it’s been bad and/or the order has been wrong. I won’t be back.

There under staffed – not there fault. Everyone in here is working two plus positions. The store is clean, the tables are mostly clean, there is trash in the lot, but if you were understaffed or a new manager you might not know to hand whom ever is taking a smoke break a broom so they can get two birds with one stone.
Food came Hot & Fast. Big man stepped up outta the back took my order and made it. He would have got a tip for all his effort but when I asked his name he wouldn’t tell me his name (not even an alias) so here’s a tip. If you don’t have a name tag on – any name tag, your out of uniform.
Terrible tip I know.

Went to McDonald’s today at 2:15 and ordered two happy meals and two cheese burgers and the hole meal was trashed just threw the happy meals in the bag and smashed the burgers tell they were pancakes. Did not catch the kids name at the window but there service was absolutely horrible on top of the bad food prep.
